WHERE AS:
 The proper meeting started at 1:30 PM with the prayer lead by Armando
Mandalo, HRPTA President.
 Armando Mandalo, HRPTA president stand as a presiding officer, informed the
body that they should come up with a classroom project that would beneficial for
the students as well as to the adviser.
 Mandalo, Suggested that the parents could contribute the certain amount for the
HPTA PROJECT for S.Y 2018-2019
 One of the parent interrupted that before talking about the certain amount they
have to fix what should be the HRPTA Project.
 Mrs. Pinto, Suggested that, to purchase class curtains, and decorations to make
the classroom more attractive and conducive learning.
 Mrs. Salway, PIO take a look inside the classroom and says, since they already
had anything in this classroom except student’s and teacher’s cabinet. Why don’t
Teacher’s and student’s Cabinet is our HRPTA project for the S.Y. 2018-2019.
  Analisa M. Tan added and agree to Mrs. Pinto that it is the best HRPTA project
for the students and teacher in order to organised and safe their different things
and individual properties.
 It was agreed by the body that their HRPTA project for S.Y. 2018-2019 would be
Student’s and Teacher’s Cabinet. All of the parents approved the amount to paid
is 200.00 per parents and the deadline would be on the third week of December
2018.
 Mrs. Wata pointed the HRPTA president to canvass the following materials for
said project.
 Ilyn D. Nupat classroom adviser, presented the classroom policies to the body
and asking for any violent reactions, suggestion and recommendation.
 All the parents agree for the following classroom policies.
 The meeting ended with the closing prayer lead by Mrs. Analiza M. Tan and was
adjourned at 4:30 PM in the afternoon.
