Failure to meet any one of the qualifying requirements will mean that the programme shall not be
assessed for a accreditation, and the process shall stop here and no submission to the ETAC can be
made by the IHL. IHLs are advised to ensure all requirement are fulfilled by the programme before
reapplying for accreditation.

**For approval of a New Programme, please fill out this Appendix wherever applicable. For new
programme, a commitment to the minimum of 8 full time teaching staff and teaching staff:student ratio
1 : 15 or better is expected.
