Scope of Work:

Semua is a web and mobile app (android + IOS) that would facilitate
businesses by connecting the seller (businesses) to the customer (end
consumers). The sellers/vendors would register as seller/vendor and list their
products and services. The buyers/consumers will engage with the product
and services listing, enquire and purchase. The UX & UI will ensure the app to
provide online services to local store owners and thus by providing multiple
services. Any how, the primary focus of operation would be facilitating
classifieds to every user with outstanding features.

Components:

Classified: Every user can post ads for their products as per categories and
Every category has to be customized with necessary options and filters.

Employee: We will build an employee module with below features

a. Register/login with basic details
b. Search options for various jobs as per locations and functions
c. Apply for the jobs
d. Communication by internal messenger
e. Hide/unhide the contact number and email as per permission
based.

Employer: The employer module will be built with

a. Posting ads
b. Searching employee profiles as per location
c. Contacting them via inbuilt messenger
d. Escalating contacting details
 Products Exchange: Every registered store owner will post
a. Products – old/new
b. Services
c. Images/features/data
d. Communication options rom buyers for bargaining and product
enquiry.

Deals: The companies would post the deals, discounts, offers in terms of
discounts and promotional features

Services: All service providers would engage posting perfect details

about services and offers if any

News: A news engine will be built to publish the news as per various
categories. Movies, finance, politics, sports, local, international etc..

Consulting & Training: This module will be built around the options of
other modules but with a categorized separation for training and
consulting feature.

All the above features would comprise of web 2.0 social integrations so
that users can share seamless to social profiles like facebook, whatsapp,
etc

Web application and mobile applications are deemed to host at a dedicated

server with high security layer encryption. These charges would not be
covered under application development costs. Domain, security layers,
servers and other golive tools are subjected to maintenance packages that
client would opt.

Payment Terms:

 40% of any agreed payment has to be paid in advance

 40% during phase 2 i.e before testing demo.
 20% after testing and prior to go live.

Additional Considerations:
Free support for first 6 months to ensure smooth flow of process and application training
will be provided for a month and thereafter as per necessity basis.
