I plan curriculum units so

However, I need to work
on planning for the long-

teacher, I am planning
week by week or month
by month, but I feel I need
to plan my end goal for
each trimester and the
end of second grade in
general. I will begin doing
this with my PLC partner
so that all of second grade

On top of using

I anticipate adjustments
to my day every day. I
think that’s just part of
working with kids, I can
plan a perfect lesson, but
if my students just aren’t
getting it for whatever
reason, I have to throw
that out and start from
scratch or just roll with
whatever was working for
them. Sometimes I think
the manipulatives will
help and they end up
confusing them more. I
have no problem going
back the drawing board.
