A post-mortem report details the autopsy findings of 45-year-old Renato Carpina, who died from two gunshot wounds. The examination found a 1 cm circular entrance wound in the back of the head that penetrated the skull and brainstem. A second 1 cm oval wound was found on the front left thigh that penetrated into the back of the thigh. The conclusion determined the cause of death was cardiorespiratory arrest due to intracranial hemorrhaging from the head gunshot wound.

Examining a male cadaver with rigor mortis, wearing
maong pants with white t-shirt, wearing a medaleon medal at the waistline.
FINDINGS :
Positive Gun shoot wound circular about 1 cm in diameter
with contusion collar, POE, at the mid occipito-parietal area penetrating and comminuting the cranium, directed to infero anterior aspect of the brainstem. No POX, positive slug and slug coat.
Positive Gun shoot wound oval about 1 cm in diameter with
contusion collar POE, at the middle of the left thigh anterior aspect, penetrating directed to posterolateral aspect of the left thigh middle , No POX, Positive slug and slug coat. - - - - - - - - - - - nothing follws - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
REMARKS: CONCLUSION: Cardiorespiratory Arrest 2° to Intracranial Hemorrhage 2 to Gun shoot wound.
