Time of examination: Around 3: 35-4: 45 pm.
Date of examination: July 16, 2002

Examining a male cadaver with rigor mortis, wearing

maong pants with white t-shirt, wearing a medaleon medal at the
waistline.

FINDINGS :

 Positive Gun shoot wound circular about 1 cm in diameter

with contusion collar, POE, at the mid occipito-parietal
area penetrating and comminuting the cranium, directed to
infero anterior aspect of the brainstem. No POX, positive
slug and slug coat.

 Positive Gun shoot wound oval about 1 cm in diameter with

contusion collar POE, at the middle of the left thigh
anterior aspect, penetrating directed to posterolateral
aspect of the left thigh middle , No POX, Positive slug
and slug coat.

CONCLUSION:
Cardiorespiratory Arrest 2° to Intracranial Hemorrhage
2 to Gun shoot wound.
