STOUT Risk Reduction Management Training and Consultancy Services, Inc.is a registered Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) Training Academy and an Accredited EMS Assessment Center with
International accreditation at Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (AREMT). Our
Pre-Hospital training service follows local and international training guidelines and protocols.
We have highly capable staffs are composed of an experienced Australian Paramedic Consultant,
Advanced EMT’s, EMTs and Certified Rescue Technicians with competitive experiences both locally and
abroad.
he TRAINING and PRACTICE is based on International EMS Standards and there is no shortcut in
achieving schooling and certification. The EMS qualification or commonly known as Emergency
Medical Technician (EMT) is a comprehensive training from classroom to related learning experience
(RLE) to ambulance ride time (OJT) thus making sure that all graduates will be competent in all aspects
of pre-hospital care. Supporting and enhancing the LGU’s capacity in compliance to Republic Act
10121, levelling up the LGU’s efforts in advocating and in providing necessary technical assistance in
disaster risk reduction and management and mainstreaming of development planning with climate
change adaptation.
National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (2011 – 2028) integrates Disaster
Preparedness as one of its thematic areas, to establish and strengthen capacities of communities to
anticipate, cope and recover, from the negative impacts of emergency occurrences and disasters that
will lead to a safer, adaptive and disaster resilient Filipino communities towards sustainable
development. Uniting volunteers and maximizing the utilization of resources.
In line with this we would like to offer our services and invite your staff/s and others who want to
attend THE EMERGENCY RESPONDER TRAINING Level 1 to be conducted in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
Training cost is highly competitive with the best quality of International Training delivery in mind.
Molding of one’s character, attitude and commitment towards utmost service to our fellowmen, using
a higher set of standards acceptable locally and abroad. There is no better way but to consider our

Course Objective
To develop the knowledge, skills and abilities of the participants with the right procedure in
dealing with emergency rescue situations and management in a pre-hospital setting.
To provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to assist them with Emergency
Medical Techniques and Emergency Rescue Technician should an untoward event occur.
Participants will be given the knowledge and taught these skills in a classroom and practical
setting.
Participants shall demonstrate these necessary skills during practical examination and
demonstrate knowledge during written examination

Course Description
This training program will be a 3 day learning activity designed to enhance the knowledge, skill
and abilities of the medical respond in a pre-hospital emergency rescue and management during
emergency situation. The learning activities will consist of classroom instructions and practical
exercises in a simulated area.
Course Design
This training program consists of lecture and practical exercises that will honed the knowledge
and skills of the participants as medical responder in pre-hospital setting
Training Standards
After completion of the course, each participant must be able to demonstrate competence in
performing actual emergency rescue and management.
Training Administration
NOTE:
a. Food and accommodation for the instructors maximum of 10 pax will be provided by the
client/host.
b. Any change of date of training should be coordinated at least a week before the agreed
training schedule.
c. Any participants who will join the training is expected to be pre-screened to be fit to join
all activities and in any special cases the trainers/instructors should be informed
beforehand.
d. All written exams and skills assessment ratings will be shown to each participant at the
end of the training, and a summary will be submitted to the coordinator. Certificate Will
be given upon completion of the training.
In any case you wanted to have a quote for any uniforms (polo shirts, tactical pants, tactical
belt, EMR pins, PPE’s or any supplies, equipment, we would be more than willing to submit our
quotation to your good office.

- Certificate of Completion
The above fee is valid only 20 days from the date of submission of the said proposal.
NOTE:
- The food, accommodation, and venue for all the instructors/trainers maximum of 10pax will
be provided by the client/host (NOT INCLUSIVE WITH THE TRAINING FEE.)
- Names of the participants should be provided via email upon confirmation in order to prepare
their respective name tags.
- Any change of date of training should be coordinated at least 1 week before the agreed
training schedule and the fee will be subject to change based on preference of schedule due to
flight fare changes
- Any participant who will join the training is expected to be fit to join all activities and in any
special cases the trainers/instructors should be informed beforehand.
