skills.
N.Trâm: I think we should find a international chef, their skills are better, they
have experience cooking expensive food, suitable for our wealthy customers.
Trân: No, I think differently, I think we should find a Vietnamese chef. Is our goal
not to introduce Vietnamese culture to foreign tourists?
Trinh em: I will find both. That is the best way.

fresh or not. If they aren’t of good quality, they will also affect the taste of the
food.
Trinh em: Yes sir, I will do that.
We will also research more new dishes and change by the day to create a diverse
menu.
As for vegetarians, I will create two separate menus, one for meat eaters and one
for vegetarians.
Trâm: Good job.
The final decision is that we will find a new chef, create a more diverse menu and
will have 2 menus, 1 for meat eaters and 1 for vegetarians.

Many guets say that the staff is rude and unhelpful.The staff members argue with
each other. Sometimes they swear at the managers.
Trân, you’re Human Resource Manager, have you investigated this problem?
Trân: I have investigated employees who have committed misconduct such as:
insulting, disrespect for customers, irresponsibility at work. we should fire
employees who have acted like that.
Trinh em : I do not agree with this opinion. I think we only reprimand in cases that
are less serious, such as lack of responsibility at work, not fire them. So they are
responsible and have the opportunity to work better.
Trân:
Ok. I will reconsider this. Regarding employees' disagreements with their
managers, I created a survey of job satisfaction, colleagues and managers to find
out the cause of this argument due to managers or staffs. If the manager does not
work seriously, then we will take measures depending on how much he commits.
In addition, I think we should have a retraining course for staff to have a better
working style and be more responsible.
N.Trâm : I agree with this idea. However, we should be more concerned about our
employees to know what they are unhappy and satisfied with at work. At the end
of each quarter or year, we reward employees with outstanding activities to
motivate others.
Trâm: OK. I will review your ideas, we need to organize training sessions for staff,
both in terms of skills and working attitude. As for the welfare of employees, you
rest assured, when working here, employees will enjoy the best treatment.

infrastructure and professional services

best service to customers.
