SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, JOCELYN LADERA VALERIO, of legal age, widow, REGINA GRACE L.
VALERIO, ROBIN L. VALERIO, ADRIAN L. VALERIO, and KENNETH L. VALERIO, all of
legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of #27 Barangay Lourdes, Tarlac City, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint, and by these presents, have NAMED, APPOINTED AND
CONSTITUTED, GLORIA I. VALERIO, also of legal age, Filipino and a resident #27
Barangay Lourdes, Tarlac City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:
1. To administer, transact, deal with and in any matter represent us in any
and all transactions involving the Transfer Certificate of Title registered
under the name of ROMEO BASA VALERIO to be issued by the Department
of Agrarian Reform;
2. To make, sign, execute, and deliver document, instruments and other
writings or papers of whatever nature, kind and description, relative to the
accomplishment of the foregoing acts and deeds; and
3. To delegate in whole or in part any and all of the powers and authorities
conferred by means of an instrument in writing in favor of any third person
or persons whom our said attorney-in-fact may select.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any act and things whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could do if physically present and acting in person, with full power of substitution and
revocation; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorneys-in-fact
or his substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
