Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

In my opinion, security is the most important, because it is the first thing that
a person should always have to believe in in itself, to be able to achieve what
he wants. The challenge is my second Motivation this helps me overcome
problems. : when something represents A challenge for my attempt to
achieve it. Independence is very important in my home and job. Because I
can do things as I believe and without affecting others. The interest has been
my engine to always give everything of me where I am. Variety is a good way
to not always do the same. Relationships allow me to meet new people who
can share the same interests and tastes of mine The competition motivates
me to be better day by day, I constantly surpass myself. To work hard and
see the results in your lifestyle is also a Good motivation The recognition of
people is a reward for all the effort put into my activities. Money is a
motivation, but it is not essential for me, with money we can live a better life
but money sometimes hurts people and sometimes they forget about
families and health
