He was a beadle .He was an official from a workhouse for
older boys.He was very fat and had oily voice.
14- Why did Mr. Bumble come to Mrs. Mann‟s workhouse?
To take Oliver for the workhouse of older boys as he was

the magistrate that he had seen two other boys steal Mr.
Brownlow and run away.

.She pretended to be Oliver’s brother.

in Fagin’s shop when Nancy and Sikes caught Oliver and brought
him back to Fagin.

street then Sikes arrived with his dog and they dragged him
into Fagin’s shop.

and gold.
