Place a team evaluation 0, 1, 3 or 5: 0 = Not Observed; 1 = Poor; 3 = Satisfactory; 5 = Excellent
# Criteria
1 Support any type of project - large or
small; not just those limited to a specific
part of the business (e.g. IT applications).
As such, it should be flexible in
application and accommodate any and
all methods of work effort (new
development, maintenance, and
modification/improvements).
2 Provide an integrated approach to
support all activities of project
management, not just some; this
includes Planning, Estimating,
Scheduling, Reporting, and Control.

5 The task list and board allow
for multiple tasks to be visible
and labeled by priority. It
would be assumed that once
tasks are completed, they can
be closed and moved to
finished, or if something comes
up and maintenance needs to
be done, the task can be
reopened and it can be stated
that revisions are being made
on that task. The boards, task
list, and timeline are not
specifically dedicated to any
part of a business, and could
be utilized for many different
branches within the business.
It can also be used for either
small or large projects.
5 Project dashboards are
available that can house
multiple things like reports,
images, charts, spreadsheets,
or other shortcuts. Could be
tailored to work for specific
projects? Can be shared with
others. Can be integrated with
other software such as
Salesforce, Google, Microsoft,
and Slack
3 Provide a universally applicable calendar
and allow for the specification of a
standard reporting cycle.
4 Support various Work Breakdown
Structures (WBS) - not just a single
methodology.
