3. No ID, No Entry. They must present their ID’s to the guard before entering
the campus.
6. They are enjoined to refrain from howling or make unnecessary noise and
observe silence around their billeting area and at their sleeping quarters
especially during sleeping hours.
8. They should place candy wrappers, plastic bags, tissues, toilet paper, soap
wrappers, and other waste materials in containers reserved for them.
9. They should observe energy and water conservation measures and must
be “earth friendly.’
10.They should not wash their dirty clothes or linen inside the bathroom and
make sure faucets are closed when not in use. Besides, wasting much
needed water, other delegates might be waiting outside for their turn.
11.They should see to it that electric lights and electric fans are switched off
and gadgets are unplugged when leaving the room.
17.Guests who wish to visit delegates in the billeting quarters should secure
“visitors I.D.” at the Information Area and must be entertained at the
designated room for visitors.
19.Keys for sleeping quarters should be left with the key custodian every time
the occupants leave their rooms and get the same when they return.
20.They should sign the logbook every time they leave the billeting quarter
for purpose other than the regular activities.
21.The hosts groups will not take responsibility for valuables left and lost in
the quarters. It is suggested that delegates, when leaving their quarters,
bring their valuables with them.
22.Return “lost and found” kits, bags, valuables, and other articles to the host
groups for possible identification of owners.
23.They shall observe the 10:00 PM lights off and 4:00 AM lights on policy.
They shall be at the billeting quarter before 9:30 pm. An alarm will be
given for the 9:30 pm curfew time. Going out of the quarter or the school
campus after curfew hours is strictly not allowed.
