JOB KNOWN RESPONSIBILITIES

Diesel engine erection maintenance and operation over hauling the

mechanism gear box sliding mesh constant mesh synchromesh and epicycle boxes
operation maintenance of the turbines generator maintenance of the power
generator diesel engines of fire water pump engineers like caterpillar. Turbines
generator filter Changing well head platform power generator operating
maintenance of power systems, hydraulic oil pump valves air compressor
,operation and safety precaution etc..

DIESEL ENGINE AND GENERATOR OPERATIONS

Diesel Engine’s cooling lubrication system oil pump gear type and rotor type
maintenance, direct injection and indirect injection cylinder block, cylinder head,
liners, piston ring, crank shaft, cam shaft, connecting rod timing gear, valve timing
mechanism, trouble shooting.
Air and water cooling radiator, radiator cap, impeller thermostat valve
operation, Fuel feed pumps mechanical and electrical fuel pump fuel injector, fuel
filter maintenance.
COMPRESSOR:

 Operation maintenance and troubleshooting of different makes of

screw/reciprocating compressor like Ingersoll Rand, K.G. Khosla, Kirloskar,
York, Carrier, Copland, Chicago Pneumatics, ELGI etc.
 Having good experience in screw compressors all control systems like pressure
limiting valve, pressure sensing valve, blow off valve, vent valve, shuttle valve,
suction control butterfly valve with cylinder actuator, oil stop valve, air oil
separator inspection and replacement.

PUMPS :

Operating and maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, overhauling all types

of pumps like Horizontal split casing pump, End – suction Pump, Monoblock
pump, Sub miscible Pumps, Centrifugal pumps piston type pumps jet pumps,
single stage, multi state, high pressure pumps like, ingersoll dresser pumps
(IDP), Kirloskar, Durco & EBARA, NIKISSO Byron, Titanium impeller pump.

GEAR BOX

Worked on all types of gearboxes. Attended preventive maintenance and

breakdown maintenance bearing alignment setting. Oil seal checking and
replacing.

ENGINE :

Operating schedule Maintenance & Major overhauling high power generation

engines cylinder inspection piston rings inspection big and small end bearing
inspection. Valve sheet lapping. Manufacturers like khirloskar, caterpillar,
Models 33067T, 3516, 3414, capacity up to 2000kw skoda engine
(Czechoslovakia)

VALVE and Seal

Serve and operation maceration of all types of valve like Ball valve, Plug
Valves, Gate valve, Globe valve, Butterfly valve, Blow off valve, Diaphragm
form valve, Non return valve ( Flab type & Plate type valve), Sandwich type
piston type NRV etc.
 Worked all seal types like sealol, Dorametric, Thone crane etc.
Including single, double and single spring, multi spring bellow type
and proper rectification of the same.

MECHANICAL SEALS & GLAND PACKING

Experience in fixing and removing seals of pumps, compressors, etc..

TURBINES

Experience in maintenance of Steam Turbines and Gas Turbines.
