Charge Nurse : “Hai Nurul, congratulation that you get a job in this hospital”

Nurse 1 : “ Thank you. What is your name?”

Charge Nurse :” my name is Hendri

Nurse 1 :” are you charge nurse in the importient room?”

Charge Nurse :” yes I’m . ohh what is your full name?”

Nurse 1 : My name is Nurul Fitri Afifah

Charge Nurse : where are you live?

Nurse 1 : I live in Pajang

Charge Nurse : by the way, where do you studied?

Nurse 1 : I’m studied nursing at health politecnic Mataram

Charge Nurse : it’s good

Nurse 1 : by the way, how long have you looked at the hospital?

Charge Nurse : this proceed about five years

Nurse 1 : waw.. surely you have a of experience here

Charge Nurse : yes of course. Let me introduce to you and you can meet your new
friend in the inpatient room

Nurse 1 : okay thank you

(nurse 1 introduce her self to other nurses)

Charge Nurse : hello good morning. In this occasion, we have been our new
member in our room . she is Nurul introduce your self, please!

Nurse 1 : hy guys, I want to introduce of my self, my name is Nurul Fitri

Afifah you can call me Nurul, I live in pajang

Nurse 2 : hi Nurul, nice to meet you

Nurse 1 : nice to meet you too

Nurse 3 : hi nurul, welcome to our room

Nurse 1 : thank you

Nurse 2 : where do you live? And where do you studied?

Nurse 1 : I studied nursing at health politecnic mataram and I live in pajang

Nurse 2 : and I live in praya

Charge nurse : to dewinta and yuliatri nurse, please introduce your self and your
responsibility in this room!

Nurse 2 : hy guys, hi nurul. My name is Yulia Tri Kresnawati. You can call me
Yuliatri I live in praya and now my responsibility as a primary nurse

Nurse 1 : by the way, how old are you?

Nurse 2 : I;m twenty nine years old

Charge nurse : to Dewinta nurse, please

Nurse 3 : hello, my name is Dewinta Husdianti Ikmalia. You can call me

Dewinta and now my responsibility as a executive nurse

Nurse 1 : I’m happy to see you all today. Hopefully we can work together
well and please guid me as a new member in this room

Charge nurse : okay, welcome to our room I hope that you can work well

Nurse 1 : well, thank you very muc. How many patients today?

Nurse 3 : twenty patients. Nurul, what do you think about this hospital?

Nurse 1 : this hospital is very popular and the health worked are very friendly
and the facility is very well. So, I like to work here

Nurse 3 : I’m glad to hear it

Nurse 1 : how long have you worked at this hospital?

Nurse 3 : this proceed about four years

Nurse 1 : what can I help you now?

Nurse 3 : yes, please check the patient condition now!

Nurse 1 : ok. I will do it now

Nurse 3 : thank you

Nurse 1 : hello, assalamualaikum

Patient : waalaikumussalam

Nurse 1 : my name is nurul and I’ii be looking after you for this morning. By
the way, where do you live?

Patient : I live in pagutan

Nurse 1 : how old are you?

Patient : I’m going to be twenty five next week

Nurse 1 : how are you feeling today?

Patient : I’m feeling better. But I’m a bit week

Nurse : have you got any other symtous?

Patient : nothing

Nurse 1 : have eaten yet?

Patient : yes, I’ve eat this morning and take my medians

Nurse 1 : my I check your body temperature and blood pressure please?

Patient : yes of course

Nurse 1 : you need to have more rest to make at better

Patient : ok

Nurse 1 :Ok.I have to visit the other patient,it there is complaint,about your
condition,just call me.I will get well soon and good morning.

Patient :Ok nurse.Thank you for checking me today.Good morning
