a) You tell people that they mustn't interrupt you for a fixed period. You turn your phone
to voicemail and possibly close your door.
b) You make a note of exactly what you spend your time on in a 24-hour period (not just
work), and decide if it's what you want to do and if it's a good use of your time.
c) You write a list of tasks for the day. You can put them in an order of priority if you want.
You cross them off the list as you do them.
d) You set reminders on your computer or mobile phone so that you do things at
particular times. The reminder will ring or buzz at regular intervals until you have done it.
e) You get someone else to do it. But remember, you still have to check they've done it!
2) Make phrases using these nouns and verbs 1-7. Some nouns can go with more than
one verb.
