a. Troubleshooting :

 Reparation of Vcenter Server Appliance Weblogin (inaccessible problem) and verify

the result.

 Reparation of Storage automatic failover failure (proposed method : relocate FOM

from cluster storage to new designated location) and verify the result

b. Test & Documentation:

 Onsite Test Host Failover (Host #1 to Host #2 vice versa) : test method & result,
bug/error report and long term and short term solution

 Onsite Test Host and storage cold booting vice versa: sequences documentation,
error/bug report and short term & long term solution.

G. Work Requirements:

1. Work Management:

All working step and progress should be documented in English and final documentation and
troubleshooting result must be reported to EIC Technology and approved by EIC Technology.

2. Inspection/Testing method : (discuss with EIC Technology)

3. Quality requirement: Vmware weblogin must be accessible, storage failover feature must be
activated with dorcumentation approved by EIC technology after discussion with vendor with
related documents

4. Performance Guarantee: For 1 year after the repair of this vcenter weblogin and storage
failover. the performing company is responsible for functional and performance of vcenter
weblogin and storage failover feature

5. Safety & Environment Management: TBM before works, all workers must use any safety
equipment necessary for the work (full responsibility by the vendor).

6. General condition, etc.:

a. Works acceptance and test should be submitted in the end of works using english.

b. Works complete date is approved documentation.

c. Any matter needed for the perfection of the works but not mention here should be included
with the discussion with PT KP (EIC Technology).
