How the design process?

The process of designing the structure of a building, room or usually consists of the design phase. It
is important to understand and remind yourself you of this phase, keep in mind exactly what you
accomplish.

1 - Analysis Site
Site Analysis Phase You must handle the concept selection. This includes topics "relevant" as:
topography, climate, the sun, wind, view (to and from), access, buildings, etc.

• Physical characteristics: size, configuration, topographic, geotechnical, etc.

• Climate: wind, solar orientation, temperature, humidity, rainfall, etc.
• Environmental factors: view, vegetation, drainage, etc.
• access
• the use of adjacent lands and other site factors

Parking is an issue that is very important, especially in parts of the world where transportation is
more dependent on cars than umum.Dan transport, type of project (road service stations) can only
be accessed by mobil.Area parking will be a starting point for public access to the project. Site Plan
will describe how you resolve access and parking problems.

2 - Analysis of Program
The most effective time to make changes is during programming. This phase of the project is the
best time for interested parties to influence the outcome of the project.

Expressed as a function room or room name. They also identified as areas required to accommodate
these functions. They are then translated into a form to help us visually compare the size of each
other.

Building efficiency
Programming is an activity determines the "Program", or a set of requirements that a building must
meet. Each project consists of several areas "commissioned" for certain functions. This area is
usually declared and identified by the client or the data book. (Neufert, Time Saver Standard, etc.)

Unassigned area very substantial percent of the area bangunan.Rasio efficiency of buildings vary
significantly for different types of buildings. If recorded incorrectly, can have a significant negative
impact on the development of quality proyek.Memperkirakan massive amount of space that would
be required to account for each of function space, including:

• Space Circulation
• Wall
• Mechanical and electric rooms
• Rest room
• etc.

Relationship
The relationship between the function illustrated as a bubble diagram without considering the size
of the space. The second stage is to describe the relationship using the actual size of the function.
The third stage is to distribute the functions at the site according to their bubble diagram called
"Zoning".

3 - Synthesis
Synthesis refers to the combination of two or more entities which together form something new. In
this Architectural Design means "synthesize" "site conditions, program requirements and principles
form the entity under the guidance of" concept. "

4 - Schematic Design Phase

Having established a program for a project, focus on the architectural design process shifted from
what the problem is how to solve the problem. During schematic design, the focus is on a "scheme",
or high-level design overall. Here, a small detail should be overlooked to focus instead on creating a
coherent solution that includes overall project.

5 - Design Development Phase

During the design development phase of the architectural design process, this scheme is refined into
the final design. In the previous stage, the focus was on the overall project. During Design
Development, becomes essential to provide individual attention to each aspect, every room and
every detail of the project.

6 - Phase Construction Pictures

At this stage of the architectural design process, the focus shifts from design to communicate the
design and providing all the information needed for the construction.

Our understanding of all aspects to help us design a good building. It includes Psychology
(individual), Sociology (group), Behaviour (individual and group), anthropology (culture) and History
(civilization). That's why our responsibility as the architect remarkable because the products we
affect people, society and culture.

Picture
The images used to express the project include:

• Site Plan (Layout)

• Pictures Plans
• Piece
• Altitude
• Details
• 3-D (perspective, aksonometri, isometrics)
• Model

So this post, may be useful for all of us. If there is an error please criticism and advice, advised was
still learning: D
do not forget komennya yes.
