Stand
A stand [23], with which you can position the world receiver at an
angle, is located at the back of the device. Simply open out the stand
[23] and close it again after use.
Prior to use

You can use the device either with the enclosed batteries of type AA
(Mignon) or with an optional mains adapter (not supplied). Ensure
correct polarity when using batteries! The mains adapter must have a
suitable DC voltage plug and have an operating voltage of 5V.

Do not use both operating options at the same time.

Remove the batteries before you connect the device
with the mains adapter because the batteries may leak
when not in use.
Inserting the batteries

Remove the
connection cable of the mains adapter if such
a cable is
connected. Then open the
battery compartment [22] at the back of the

device by sliding its cover downward s in the direction of the imprinted
arrow. Insert the batteries with the co rrect polarity (note + and
-) as shown
in the following illustration. The polarity is illustrated on the batteries and
next to the battery
compartment.Replace the battery compartment

and slide it back
in the opposite direction to the arrow.

 Saved radio stations are preserved when batteries
are changed.

The device has a LOW BATTERY indicator [15] warning light for
the energy level of the batteries. If this indicator lights up yellow and
the symbol [30] is indicated on the display [6], the batteries are
weak. Then replace the batteries shortly with new batteries of the
same type.

Remove the batteries if you will not be using the

device for an extended period of time.
First use

Switching the device on and off

To switch on the device, press the POWER ON/OFF button [16] once
briefly. When it is switched on, the device shows the tuned frequency
and the frequency band (FM, MW, SW) on the display [6].

To switch off the device, press the POWER ON/OFF button [16]
again. When it is switched off, the display [6] shows the time that is
currently set.

When you press a button, please note that the

backlight of the display is always switched on first
before the device performs the function (except for
switching on and off). This function is useful in the
dark, for example, for reading the time on the display
without inadvertently using another function.

Setting the time

You can set the time only when the device is switched off. Switch off
the device with the POWER ON/OFF button [16] if it is switched on.

You can use the 12/24 button [2] to switch between

the 24-hour display.

display once it is past noon.
 § Press the CLOCK button [1] once so th at the time starts to flash
on the display. If only the backlight was switched on when you
pressed the button, you must press the CLOCK [1] button again.
You can set the time while it is flashing.

§ Set the hours with the M– [8] or M+ [10] button. You can also keep
the M– [8] or M+ [10] button pressed to speed up the progress of
the numbers.

§ Set the minutes with the < SEARCH [17] or SEARCH > [18] button.
You can also keep the < SEARCH [17] or SEARCH > [18] button
pressed to speed up the progress of the numbers.
§ Wait until the set time stops
flashing the CLOCK button [1].

Selecting a station
The telescopic aerial can only be swivelled and cannot
be inserted into the device housing. Otherwise, the
device could be damaged.

§ Switch on the device by pressing the POWER ON/OFF button [16].

§ Set the desired volume using the VOLUME – [4] or VOLUME
+ [5] buttons.
 § First, select the desired frequency band. To do so, repeatedly press
the BAND button [14] to go from onefrequency band to another in
succession. The tuned frequency is shown on the display [6].
§ Pull out the telescopic aerial [21] completely.
§ Press the < SEARCH [17] or SEARCH> [18] button briefly or
repeatedly to tune in the desired frequency manually. To search
automatically for
a station, press the < SEARCH [17] or SEARCH > [18] button a little
longer. The frequency is shown on the display in MHz (FM and SW)
or in kHz (MW). If necessary, move the telescopic aerial in a
different direction, or change the position of the device to improve the
reception.

Saving a station
After you have selected a station, you can save it as follows:
§ Press the MEM button [12].
§ "P" then flashes on the display [6], followed by 01 to 10.
§ Select the desired programme preset using the M– [8] or M+ [10]
button.

§ Press the MEM button [12] again briefly to save the station to the
currently selected programme preset.
§ The station is saved and the frequency of the station is then
indicated on the display [6].
Selecting a saved station
§ In order to select a saved station, the device must be in use. Switch
on the device with the POWER ON/OFF button [16] if it is
switched off.
§ Press the M– [8] or M+ [10] button to select another station
(programme preset).

Alarm function
With the radio alarm function, the device
automatically switches itself on at the set alarm time
with the last set volume, the established frequency and
the last tuned frequency band.

Make sure that the time is set correctly (see page 7 - Setting the time).
You can set the alarm function only when the device is switched off.
Switch off the device with the POWER ON/OFF button [16] if it is
switched on.

§ Press the ALARM button [11] once to activate the alarm function
with alarm tone. If only the backlight was switched on when you
pressed the button, you must press the ALARM button [11] again.
The alarm time and the symbol [32] then flash on

§ Press the ALARM button [11] twice to activate the alarm function
with radio. If only the backlight was switched on when you first
pressed the button, you must press the ALARM button [11] again.
The alarm time and the symbol [31] then flash on the display [6].
§ While the alarm time is flashing, you can set it.
§ Set the hours with the M– [8] or M+ [10] button. You can also keep
the M– [8] or M+ [10] button pressed to speed up the progress of
the numbers.

§ Set the minutes with the < SEARCH [17] or SEARCH > [18] button.
You can also keep the < SEARCH [17] or SEARCH > [18] button
pressed to speed up the progress of the numbers.
§ Then wait until the set alarm time stops flashing on the display [6].
The alarm time is then saved automatically.
§ The display [6] then indicates the time and the symbol [32]
again for the alarm function with alarm tone or the symbol [31]
for the alarm function with radio.

§ To deactivate the alarm function, press the ALARM button [11]

repeatedly until the symbols [32] and [31] are deleted from
the display [6].

Note that you can only adjust the alarm time as long
as the alarm time is flashing on the display [8]. If no
entry has been made for a few seconds, the alarm time
on the display [6] stops flashing and the process must
be repeated.

Even if the alarm function is activated, you can use

the device as usual.
Switching off the alarm

When the alarm sounds, you can deactivate it as follows:

§ Press the POWER ON/OFF button [16] to stop the alarm. The
alarm is switched off until the next day.
§ or
§ Press the SNOOZE button [4/5] to postpone the alarm for about
9 minutes. The alarm sounds again after this time.

During snooze, "SNOOZE" [26] is indicated on the display

[6] and the symbol [32] or [31] flashes.

Sleep timer
You can use the sleep timer to switch on the device and switch it off
automatically after a selected time.
§ Press the SLEEP button [1 3 ] when the device is switched on or
off. If only the backlight was switched on when you pressed the
button, you must press the SLEEP [13] button again. The display
then shows "SLEEP" [27] and the number "90" and thus indicates
that the device will switch off after 90 minutes.

§ Repeatedly press the SLEEP button [13] to reduce the switch-off

time. Each time you press the button, the time is reduced by a
further 10 minutes.
 § If you have reached the switch-off time "10" and you press the
SLEEP button [13] again, the sleep timer is deactivated, but the
device remains switched on. You can press the SLEEP button [13]
again to select the time settings once again.

When the sleep timer is activated, you can switch it

and the device off at any time using the POWER
ON/OFF button [16].

If you press the SLEEP button [13] while the timer is

on, the remaining time of the timer appears on the
display [8].

Connecting the headphones

To avoid hearing damage, you must set the volume to the
lowest level before connecting the headphones. You can then
adjust the volume to the desired level.

Do not use any other headphones than the supplied

SWED 250 A1 headphones. Other headphones can
create harmful sound pressure.

Take care when using the headphones Listening at

high volume for prolonged periods of time can
damage your hearing.
You can connect the supplied headphones to the socket
[20]. When the headphones are connected, the loudspeaker [19] is
automatically switched off.

Backlight
The backlight is switched on automatically for approx. 3 seconds
when a button is pressed (except when switching the device off).

Keypad lock

Press the button [3] once so that the symbol [28] is indicated on
the display [8] to lock the buttons against accidental entries. If only
the backlight was switched on when you pressed the button, you must
press the button [3] again.

Press the button [3] once so that the symbol [28] is no longer
indicated on the display [8] to release the keypad lock. If only the
backlight was switched on when you pressed the button, you must
press the button[3]anain.

If the keypad lock is activated, this is indicated by the symbol [3]

on the display [6].
Setting the reception sensitivity
The DX function is activated in the original condition of the device.
This is indicated by "DX" [29] on the display [6] when the device is
switched on. Use the DX function if you would like to use the device
in normal operation.

Switch off the DX function if only stations with a high field strength
are to be received. This is recommended, for example, if a desired
weak local station is superimposed by stronger national channels.

To switch off the DX function, press the DX button [29] when the
device is switched on. The "DX" indicator [29] then fades out from
the display [6]. Press the DX button [9] again to sw itch on the DX
function again.
Troubleshooting

The device cannot be switched on

The batteries may be empty, therefore, replace the batteries.

Check whether the batteries have been inserted with the correct
polarity. Please note the markings next to the battery
compartment and on the batteries. Also refer to the description on
page 5.
No radio reception, poor radio reception

Pull out the telescopic aerial [21] completely and make sure that it
is oriented correctly.
Tune in the station correctly using the BAND button [14] and
the
< SEARCH [17] or SEARCH > [18] buttons.
Check the set reception sensitivity. Please pay particular attention
to the section "Setting the reception sensitivity" on page 15.
No sound although device is switched on

Check the volume setting.

Check if headphones are connected and remove them if necessary.

Στήριγμα
Ένα στήριγμα [23], με το οποίο μπορείτε να τοποθετήσετε τον δέκτη
με γωνία, βρίσκεται στο πίσω μέρος της συσκευής. Απλά ανοίξτε το
στήριγμα [23] και κλείστε το πάλι μετά την χρήση.
Πριν από την χρήση

Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή είτε με τις μπαταρίες που

εσωκλείονται τύπου AA (Mignon) ή με έναν προαιρετικό
τροφοδοτικό (δεν παρέχεται). Βεβαιωθείτε για τη σωστή πολικότητα,
όταν χρησιμοποιείτε μπαταρίες! Το τροφοδοτικό πρέπει να έχει
κατάλληλο βύσμα συνεχούς τάσης και να έχει λειτουργίας τάσης 5V.

Μην χρησιμοποιείτε και τις δύο επιλογές λειτουργίας

ταυτόχρονα. Αφαιρέστε τις μπαταρίες πριν συνδέσετε
τη συσκευή με το τροφοδοτικό, καθώς οι μπαταρίες
ενδέχεται να παρουσιάσουν διαρροή, όταν δεν είναι σε
χρήση
ΤΟΠΟΘΕΤΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΜΠΑΤΑΡΙΩΝ

Πριν από την τοποθέτηση των μπαταριών, η μονάδα πρέπει να

είναι απενεργοποιημένη και αποσυνδεδεμένη. Το καλώδιο
τροφοδοσίας πρέπει να αποσυνδεθεί από την υποδοχή.
Ανοίξτε τη θήκη της μπαταρίας στην πίσω πλευρά της
μονάδας.
Τοποθετήστε τις μπαταρίες. Τηρήστε τη σωστή πολικότητα
για όλες τις μπαταρίες όπως υποδεικνύεται στη θήκη των
μπαταριών.
Κλείστε τη θήκη των μπαταριών. Η συσκευή είναι έτοιμη
προς χρήση.
 Οι αποθηκευμένοι ραδιοφωνικοί σταθμοί
διατηρούνται και μετά την αλλαγή των μπαταριών.

Η συσκευή έχει ένδειξη ΧΑΜΗΛΗΣ ΜΠΑΤΑΡΙΑΣ (LOW

BATTERY) [15] με προειδοποιητική λυχνία για το επίπεδο ενέργειας
των μπαταριών. Αν η ένδειξη ανάβει με κίτρινο χρώμα και το
σύμβολο [30] επισημαίνεται στην οθόνη [6], οι μπαταρίες είναι
αδύναμες. Στη συνέχεια, αντικαταστήστε τις μπαταρίες σύντομα με
νέες μπαταρίες του ίδιου τύπου.

Αφαιρέστε τις μπαταρίες εάν δεν χρησιμοποιήσετε τη

συσκευή για παρατεταμένο χρονικό διάστημα.
Πρώτη χρήση

Ενεργοποίηση/ Απενεργοποίηση συσκευής

Για να ενεργοποιήσετε τη συσκευή, πατήστε το κουμπί POWER

ON/OFF [16] μια φορά. Όταν η συσκευή είναι ενεργοποιημένη
δείχνει τη συντονισμένη συχνότητα και την ζώνη συχνοτήτων (FM,
MW, SW) στην οθόνη [6].
Για να απενεργοποιήσετε τη συσκευή, πατήστε το κουμπί POWER
ON/OFF [16] ξανά. Όταν η συσκευή είναι απενεργοποιημένη, στην
οθόνη δείχνει την ώρα που έχει οριστεί.

Όταν πατήσετε ένα κουμπί, παρακαλούμε να σημειώσετε

ότι ο οπίσθιος φωτισμός της οθόνης ενεργοποιείται πάντα
πρώτα πριν η συσκευή εκτελέσει κάποια λειτουργία
(εκτός από την ενεργοποίηση και απενεργοποίηση). Αυτή
η λειτουργία είναι χρήσιμη στο σκοτάδι, για παράδειγμα,
για την ανάγνωση της ώρας στην οθόνη χωρίς ακούσια
χρήση άλλης λειτουργίας.

Ρύθμιση της ώρας

Μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε την ώρα μόνο όταν η συσκευή είναι
απενεργοποιημένη. Απενεργοποιήστε τη συσκευή με το κουμπί
POWER ON/OFF [16] εάν είναι ενεργοποιημένη.

Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το κουμπί 12/24 [2] για

εναλλαγή μεταξύ 24-ωρης ένδειξης, το σύμβολο "PM" [35]
εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη όταν είναι απόγευμα.
 § Πατήστε το κουμπί CLOCK [1] μια φορά ώστε η ώρα να αρχίσει
να αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη. Αν είναι σε λειτουργία μόνο ο
φωτισμός, όταν θα πατήσετε το κουμπί, θα πρέπει να πατήσετε
ξανά το πλήκτρο CLOCK [1]. Μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε την ώρα
ενώ αναβοσβήνει.
§ Ρυθμίστε τις ώρες με τα κουμπιά M– [8] ή M+ [10]. Μπορείτε
επίσης να κρατήσετε πατημένα τα κουμπιά M– [8] ή M+ [10] για να
επιταχύνετε την πρόοδο των αριθμών.
§ Ρυθμίστε τα λεπτά με το κουμπί <ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH) [17] ή
ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH) > [18]. Μπορείτε επίσης να κρατήσετε
πατημένα τα κουμπιά < SEARCH [17] ή SEARCH > [18] για να
επιταχύνετε την πρόοδο των αριθμών.
§ Περιμένετε μέχρι η ρύθμιση της ώρας σταματήσει να αναβοσβήνει
το κουμπί CLOCK [1].

Η ώρα αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη [6]. Εάν δεν υπάρχει καταχώρηση

η οθόνη [6] σταματάει να αναβοσβήνει και η διαδικασία πρέπει να
επαναληφθεί.

Επιλογή σταθμού
Η τηλεσκοπική κεραία μπορεί να περιστραφεί και δεν
μπορεί να εισαχθεί στο περίβλημα της συσκευής.
Διαφορετικά η συσκευή μπορεί να υποστεί ζημιά.

§ Ενεργοποιήστε τη συσκευή πατώντας το κουμπί POWER ON/OFF

[16].
§ Ρυθμίστε την επιθυμητή ένταση χρησιμοποιώντας τα κουμπιά
VOLUME – [4] ή VOLUME + [5].
 § Πρώτα, επιλέξτε την επιθυμητή ζώνη συχνοτήτων. Για να το
κάνετε αυτό, πατήστε παρατεταμένα το κουμπί BAND [14] για να
πάτε από τη μια ζώνη συχνοτήτων σε άλλη. Η συντονισμένη
συχνότητα εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη [6].
§ Τραβήξτε προς τα έξω εντελώς την τηλεσκοπική κεραία [21].

§ Πατήστε το κουμπί < ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH) [17] ή

ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH)> [18] μια φορά ή παρατεταμένα για να
συντονιστείτε στην συχνότητα που θέλετε χειροκίνητα. Για αυτόματη
αναζήτηση σταθμού, πιέστε το κουμπί < ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH
[17] ή ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH)> [18] < SEARCH [17] για λίγο
περισσότερο. Η συχνότητα εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη σε MHz (FM και
SW) ή σε kHz (MW). Εάν είναι απαραίτητο, μετακινήστε την
τηλεσκοπική κεραία σε διαφορετική κατεύθυνση, ή αλλάξτε θέση την
συσκευή για να βελτιώσετε τη λήψη.

Αποθήκευση σταθμού
Αφού επιλέξετε έναν σταθμό, μπορείτε να τον αποθηκεύσετε ως
ακολούθως:
§ Πατήστε το κουμπί MEM [12].
§ Η ένδειξη "P" αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη [6], ακολουθεί η ένδειξη 01 ή
10.
§ Επιλέξτε το επιθυμητό προκαθορισμένο πρόγραμμα
χρησιμοποιώντας το κουμπί M– [8] ή M+ [10].
§ Πατήστε το κουμπί MEM [12] ξανά μια φορά για να αποθηκεύσετε
το σταθμό στο τρέχον επιθυμητό πρόγραμμα.
§ Ο σταθμός αποθηκεύτηκε και η συχνότητα του σταθμού
εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη [6].
Επιλογή ενός αποθηκευμένου σταθμού
§ Για να επιλέξετε έναν αποθηκευμένο σταθμό, η συσκευή πρέπει
να είναι σε χρήση. Ενεργοποιήστε τη συσκευή με το πλήκτρο
POWER ON/OFF [16] εάν είναι απενεργοποιημένη.
§ Πατήστε το κουμπί M– [8] ή M+ [10] για να επιλέξετε έναν άλλον
σταθμό (προκαθορισμένο πρόγραμμα).

Λειτουργία ξυπνητηριού
Με τη λειτουργία ξυπνητηριού, η συσκευή
ενεργοποιείται αυτόματα στην ρύθμιση ώρας με την
τελευταία ρυθμισμένη ένταση, συχνότητα και τον
τελευταία συντονισμένη ζώνη συχνοτήτων.

Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ώρα έχει ρυθμιστεί σωστά (βλέπε σελίδα 7 - Ρύθμιση

της ώρας). Μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε τη λειτουργία ξυπνητηριού μόνο
όταν η συσκευή είναι απενεργοποιημένη. Απενεργοποιήστε τη
συσκευή με το πλήκτρο POWER ON / OFF [16], εάν είναι
ενεργοποιημένη.

§ Πατήστε το κουμπί ALARM [11] μια φορά για να ενεργοποιήσετε

τη λειτουργία ειδοποίησης με ήχο συναγερμού. Αν ο φωτισμός
ήταν σε λειτουργία όταν πατήσατε το κουμπί, θα πρέπει να
πατήσετε ξανά το κουμπί ALARM [11]. Η ώρα αφύπνισης και το
σύμβολο [32] αναβοσβήνουν
§ Πατήστε το κουμπί ALARM [11] δύο φορές για να
ενεργοποιήσετε τη λειτουργία ειδοποίησης με ήχο ράδιο. Αν ο
φωτισμό ήταν σε λειτουργία όταν πατήσατε το κουμπί, θα πρέπει
να πατήσετε ξανά το κουμπί ALARM [11]. Η ώρα αφύπνισης και
το σύμβολο [31] αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη [6].
§ Όταν η ώρα αφύπνισης αναβοσβήνει, μπορείτε να το ρυθμίσετε.
§ Ρυθμίστε τις ώρες με τα κουμπιά M– [8] ή M+ [10]. Μπορείτε
επίσης να κρατήσετε πατημένο το κουμπί M– [8] ή M+ [10] για να
επιταχύνετε την πρόοδο των αριθμών.

§ Ρυθμίστε τα λεπτά με το κουμπί <ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH) [17]

ή ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (SEARCH) > [18]. Μπορείτε επίσης να
κρατήσετε πατημένα τα κουμπιά < SEARCH [17] ή SEARCH >
[18] για να επιταχύνετε την πρόοδο των αριθμών.

§ Περιμένετε μέχρι η ρύθμιση της ώρας να σταματήσει να

αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη [6]. Η ώρα αφύπνισης αποθηκεύεται
αυτόματα.

§ Η οθόνη [6] δείχνει ξανά την ώρα και το σύμβολο [32] για την
λειτουργία με ήχο συναγερμού ή το σύμβολο [31] για την
λειτουργία με ήχο ράδιο.

§ Για να απενεργοποιήσετε τη λειτουργία ξυπνητηριού, πατήστε

παρατεταμένα το κουμπί ALARM [11] μέχρι τα σύμβολα [32]
και [31] να σβηστούν από την οθόνη [6].

Σημειώστε ότι μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε την ώρα αφύπνισης

μόνο όταν αυτή αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη [8]. Εάν δεν γίνει
κάποια καταχώρηση για μερικά δευτερόλεπτα , σταματάει να
αναβοσβήνει η ώρα ξυπνητηριού στην οθόνη [6] και η
διαδικασία πρέπει να επαναληφθεί.

Ακόμα και όταν η λειτουργία ξυπνητηριού είναι

απενεργοποιημένη, μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή ως
συνήθως.
Απενεργοποίηση ξυπνητηριού

Όταν ηχήσει το ξυπνητήρι, μπορείτε να το απενεργοποιήσετε ως

ακολούθως:
§ Πατήστε το κουμπί POWER ON/OFF [16] για να σταματήσετε το
ξυπνητήρι. Το ξυπνητήρι θα παραμείνει απενεργοποιημένο μέχρι
την επόμενη ημέρα.
§ή
§Πατήστε το κουμπί αναβολής (SNOOZE) [4/5] για να αναβάλλετε
την αφύπνιση για περίπου 9 λεπτά. Το ξυπνητήρι θα ξαναχτυπήσει
τότε.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της αναβολής, η ένδειξη "SNOOZE" [26]

φαίνεται στην οθόνη [6] και αναβοσβήνει το σύμβολο [32]
ή [31].

Χρονοδιακόπτης ύπνου
Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το χρονοδιακόπτη ύπνου για να
ενεργοποιήσετε τη συσκευή και να απενεργοποιηθεί αυτόματα μετά
από ένα επιλεγμένο χρονικό διάστημα.
§Πατήστε το πλήκτρο SLEEP [13]. Μόνο αν ο φωτισμός ήταν σε
λειτουργία όταν πατήσατε το κουμπί, θα πρέπει να πατήσετε ξανά
το πλήκτρο SLEEP [13]. Στην οθόνη εμφανίζεται "SLEEP" [27]
καθώς και ο αριθμός "90" και ως εκ τούτου δείχνει ότι η συσκευή
θα σβήσει μετά από 90 λεπτά.
§ Πατήστε παρατεταμένα το κουμπί SLEEP [13] για να μειώσετε
τον χρόνο απενεργοποίησης. Κάθε φορά που πατάτε το κουμπί, ο
χρόνος μειώνετε 10 λεπτά.
 Αν έχετε φτάσει στο χρόνο απενεργοποίησης "10" και
πατήσετε ξανά το κουμπί SLEEP [13], ο χρονοδιακόπτης ύπνου
είναι απενεργοποιημένος, αλλά η συσκευή παραμένει αναμμένη.
Μπορείτε να πατήσετε ξανά το πλήκτρο SLEEP [13] για να
επιλέξετε ξανά τις ρυθμίσεις ώρας.

Όταν ενεργοποιηθεί ο χρονοδιακόπτης ύπνου, μπορείτε

να τον απενεργοποιήσετε ανά πάσα στιγμή,
χρησιμοποιώντας το πλήκτρο POWER ON/OFF [16].

Αν πατήσετε το κουμπί SLEEP[13] ενώ το χρονόμετρο

είναι ενεργοποιημένο, εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη [8] ο
υπολειπόμενος χρόνος.

Σύνδεση ακουστικών
Για να αποφύγετε βλάβες στην ακοή, πρέπει να ρυθμίσετε την
ένταση του ήχου στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο πριν συνδέσετε τα
ακουστικά. Στη συνέχεια μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε την ένταση στο
επιθυμητό επίπεδο.

Μη χρησιμοποιείτε άλλα ακουστικά πέρα από τα

παρεχόμενα SWED 250 A. Άλλα ακουστικά μπορεί να
δημιουργήσουν επιβλαβή ηχητική πίεση.

Να προσέχετε όταν χρησιμοποιείτε τα ακουστικά. Η

χρήση σε υψηλή ένταση και για μεγάλο χρονικό
διάστημα μπορεί να προκαλέσει βλάβη στην ακοή
σας.
Μπορείτε να συνδέσετε τα ακουστικά που παρέχονται στην υποδοχή
[20]. Όταν τα ακουστικά είναι συνδεδεμένα, το ηχείο [19]
απενεργοποιείται αυτόματα.

Φωτισμός
Ο φωτισμός είναι αυτόματα απενεργοποιημένος για περίπου 3
δευτερόλεπτα όταν πατηθεί κάποιο κουμπί (εκτός από όταν
απενεργοποιείτε τη συσκευή).

Κλείδωμα πληκτρολογίου

Πατήστε το πλήκτρο [3] μία φορά, έτσι ώστε το σύμβολο [28] να

εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη [8] για να κλειδώσετε τα κουμπιά και να
αποφύγετε καταχωρήσεις από λάθος. Αν ήταν μόνο ο φωτισμός σε
λειτουργία όταν πατήσατε το κουμπί, θα πρέπει να πατήσετε ξανά το
πλήκτρο [3].

Πατήστε το πλήκτρο [3] μία φορά, έτσι ώστε το σύμβολο [28] να

μην εμφανίζεται πλέον στην οθόνη [8] για να απελευθερώσετε το
κλείδωμα του πληκτρολογίου. Αν ήταν μόνο ο φωτισμός σε
λειτουργία όταν πατήσατε το κουμπί, θα πρέπει να πατήσετε ξανά το
πλήκτρο [3].

Εάν έχει ενεργοποιηθεί το κλείδωμα του πληκτρολογίου, αυτό

υποδεικνύεται με το σύμβολο [3] στην οθόνη [6].
Ρύθμιση της ευαισθησίας λήψης
Η λειτουργίας DX ενεργοποιείται στην αρχική κατάσταση της
συσκευής. Αυτό υποδεικνύεται από το "DX" [29] στην οθόνη [6] όταν
η συσκευή είναι ενεργοποιημένη. Χρησιμοποιήστε τη λειτουργία DX
αν θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή σε κανονική λειτουργία.

Απενεργοποιήστε τη λειτουργία DX, μόνο εάν πρέπει να ληφθούν

σταθμοί με υψηλή ένταση πεδίου. Αυτό συνίσταται, για παράδειγμα,
εάν ένας επιθυμητός ασθενής σταθμός επικαλύπτεται από ισχυρότερα
εθνικά κανάλια.

Για να απενεργοποιήσετε τη λειτουργία DX, πατήστε το κουμπί DX

[29] όταν η συσκευή είναι ενεργοποιημένη. Ο δείκτης "DX" [29]
σβήνει από την οθόνη [6]. Πατήστε ξανά το κουμπί DX [9] για να
ενεργοποιήσετε ξανά τη λειτουργία DX.
Επίλυση προβλημάτων

Η συσκευή δεν μπορεί να απενεργοποιηθεί

Οι μπαταρίες μπορεί να είναι άδειες, ως εκ τούτου,
αντικαταστήστε τις μπαταρίες.
Ελέγξτε αν οι μπαταρίες έχουν τοποθετηθεί με τη σωστή
πολικότητα. Παρακαλώ ελέγξτε τις ενδείξεις δίπλα στη θήκη
μπαταριών και τις μπαταρίες. Επίσης, ανατρέξτε στην περιγραφή
στη σελίδα 5.

Δεν υπάρχει ραδιοφωνική λήψη, κακή ραδιοφωνική λήψη

Τραβήξτε προς τα έξω τελείως την τηλεσκοπική κεραία [21] και
βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχει το σωστό προσανατολισμό.

Συντονιστείτε στο σταθμό σωστά χρησιμοποιώντας το πλήκτρο

BAND [14] και <ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ [17] ή SEARCH> [18].

Ελέγξτε τη ρύθμιση ευαισθησίας λήψης. Παρακαλούμε να δώσετε

ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στην ενότητα "Ρύθμιση της ευαισθησίας
λήψης» στη σελίδα 15.

Δεν υπάρχει ήχος παρόλο που η συσκευή είναι ενεργοποιημένη.

Ελέγξτε τις ρυθμίσεις ήχου.

Ελέγξτε αν είναι συνδεδεμένα τα ακουστικά και αφαιρέστε τα εάν
είναι απαραίτητο.

Suport
Suportul [23], îl puteţi folosi pentru a poziţiona radioul într-un anumit
unghi; acesta se află în partea din spate a dispozitivului. Pur şi simplu
deschideţi suportul [23] şi închideţi-l după utilizare .
Înainte de
utilizare

Puteţi utiliza acest aparat fie cu baterii de tip AA (Mignon), sau cu un

adaptor de reţea opţional (nu este furnizat). Asiguraţi-vă că polaritatea
este corectă atunci când folosiţi bateriile! Adaptorul de alimentare
trebuie să aibă o fişă (ştecher) adecvată de tensiune de curent continuu,
cu o tensiune de funcţionare de 5V.

Nu utilizaţi ambele surse de alimentare în acelaşi

timp. Scoateţi bateriile înainte de a conecta
dispozitivul cu adaptorul de reţea, deoarece bateriile
se pot scurge atunci când nu sunt utilizate..
Introducerea bateriilor

Scoateţi cablul de alimentare, în cazul în care un astfel de cablu este

conectat. Apoi deschideţi compartimentul bateriei [22], din partea din
spate a dispozitivului, culisând capacul în jos, în direcţia indicată de
ăgeata imprimată. Introduceţi bateriile cu polaritatea corectă (atenţie +
i -), aşa cum se arată în următoarea ilustraţie. Polaritatea este ilustrată
pe baterii şi lângă compartimentul bateriei. Puneţi la loc capacul pentru
compartimentul bateriei şi glisaţi-l înapoi, în direcţia opusă săgeţii.
 Posturile de radio salvate sunt păstrate atunci când
bateriile sunt schimbate.

Dispozitivul are un indicator de BATERIE DESCĂRCATĂ [15] ce

afişează o lumină de avertizare pentru nivelul de energie al bateriilor.
Dacă acest indicator se aprinde galben şi simbolul [30] este
indicat pe ecran [6], atunci bateriile sunt slabe. Înlocuiţi bateriile cu
unele noi de acelaşi tip.

Scoateţi bateriile dacă nu veţi folosi dispozitivul

pentru o perioadă îndelungată de timp!
Prima utilizare

Pornirea şi oprirea dispozitivului

Pentru a porni dipozitivul apăsaţi o dată butonul POWER ON/OFF
[16]. Atunci când este pornit, aparatul afişează frecvenţa reglată şi
banda de frecvenţă pe ecran (FM, MW, SW) [6].

Pentru a opri dispozitivul, apăsaţi din nou butonul POWER ON/OFF

[16]. Atunci când este oprit, aparatul afişează [6] ora configurată.

Atunci când apăsaţi un buton, vă rugăm să reţineţi că

lumina de fundal a ecranului este întotdeauna prima
pornită, înainte ca dispozitivul să îndeplinească
funcţia (cu excepţia comutării pornit/oprit). Această
funcţie este utilă în întuneric, de exemplu, pentru
citirea orei de pe afişaj, fără a folosi o altă funcţie din
neatenţie.

Setarea orei
Puteţi seta ora doar atunci când dispozitivul este oprit. Dacă aparatul
este pornit, opriţi-l apăsând butonul POWER ON/OFF [16]

Puteţi folosi butonul 12/24 [2]pentru a comuta între

afişajul de 12/24 ore.
Afişajul simbolului "PM" [35]este indicat pe ecran
după ce este trecut de prânz..
 § Apăsaţi butonul CLOCK [1] o dată, astfel ora se va aprinde
intermitent pe ecran. Dacă s-a aprins doar lumina de fundal atunci
când aţi apăsat butonul, trebuie să apăsaţi din nou butonul
CLOCK [1]. Puteţi seta ora în timp ce se aprinde intermitent.

§ Setaţi ora folosind butoanele M– [8] şi M+ [10]. De asemenea,

puteţi menţine butoanele M– [8] şi M+ [10] apăsate pentru a
accelera desfăşurarea numerelor.

§ Setaţi minutele cu butoanele < SEARCH [17] şi SEARCH > [18]. De

asemenea puteţi menţine butoanele < SEARCH [17] şi SEARCH >
[18] apăsate pentru a accelera desfăşurarea numerelor.
§ Aşteptaţi până când timpul setat nu mai luminează intermitent.

Ora luminează intermitent pe ecran[6]. Dacă nu a fost facută

nicio modificare, se opreşte luminarea
intermitentă de pe ecran [6] şi procesul trebuie
repetat.

Selectarea unui post de radio

Antena telescopică doar se pliază şi nu poate fi
introdusă în carcasa dispozitivului . În caz contrar
dispozitivul se poate deteriora. .

§ Porniţi aparatul apăsând butonul POWER ON/OFF [16].

§ Setaţi volumul dorind apăsând butoanele VOLUME – [4] sau
VOLUME + [5] .
 § Întâi setaţi banda de frecvenţe dorită. Pentru a face acest lucru
apăsaţi în mod repetat butonul BAND[14] pentru a trece de la o
bandă de frecvenţe la alta succesiv. Frecvenţa reglată este afişată
pe ecran [6].
§ Scoateţi antena telescopică [21] complet.
Apăsaţi scurt sau în mod repetat butoanele < SEARCH [17] sau
SEARCH> [18] pentru a regla frecvenţa dorită manual. Pentru a
căuta în mod automat un post, apăsaţi un pic mai lung butoanele <
SEARCH [17] sau SEARCH > [18] . Frecvenţa este afişată pe ecran
în MHz (FM şi SW) sau în kHz (MW). Dacă este necesar, mutaţi
antena telescopică într-o direcţie diferită, sau schimbaţi poziţia
dispozitivului pentru a îmbunătăţi recepţia.

Memorarea unui post de radio

După ce aţi selectat un post de radio, îl puteţi salva după cum urmează:
§ Apăsaţi butonul MEM [12].
§ "P" va lumina intermitent pe ecran [6], urmat de 01 la 10.
§ Selectaţi programul de presetare dorit, folosind butoanele M– [8]
sau M+ [10].

§ Apăsaţi din nou, scurt, butonul MEM [12] pentru a salva postul
selectat în programul de preselectare.
§ Postul este salvat şi frecvenţa postului este apoi indicată pe ecran
[6].
Selectarea unui post de radio memorat
§ Pentru a selecta un post de radio memorat, dispozitivul trebuie să
fie în uz. Porniţi aparatul apăsând butonul POWER ON/OFF [16]
în cazul în care este oprit.
§ Apăsaţi butoanel M– [8] sau M+ [10] pentru a selecta un alt post de
radio (din programul de presetare).

Funcţia Alarmă
Cu funcţia de alarmă radio, aparatul se aprinde
automat, la ora stabilită, cu ultimul volum stabilit şi
frecvenţă stabiliă, în banda de frecvenţe stabilită.

Asiguraţi-vă că ora este setată corect (vezi pag. 7 – Setare oră). Puteţi
seta funcţia de alarmă numai atunci când aparatul este oprit. Opriţi
aparatul apăsând butonul POWER ON/OFF [16] în cazul în care este
pornit.

§ Apăsaţi o dată butonul ALARM [11] pentru a activa funcţia de

alarmă cu ton de alarmă. Dacă s-a aprins doar lumina de fundal
atunci când aţi apăsat butonul, înseamnă că trebuie să apăsaţi din
nou butonul ALARM [11]. Ora alarmei şi simbolul [32] se vor
aprinde intermitent.

§ Apăsaţi de două ori butonul ALARM [11] pentru a activa funcţia

de alarmă cu radio. Dacă s-a aprins doar lumina de fundal atunci
când aţi apăsat butonul, înseamnă ca trebuie să apăsaţi din nou
butonul ALARM [11]. Ora alarmei şi simbolul [31] se vor
aprinde intermitent pe ecran [6].
§ Puteţi seta alarma în timp ce aceasta luminează intermitent
§ Setaţi ora folosind butoanele M– [8] or M+ [10]. De asemenea
puteţi menţine apăsat butoanele M– [8] sau M+ [10] pentru a
accelera desfăşurarea de numere pe ecran.

§ Setaţi minutele folosind butoanele < SEARCH [17] sau SEARCH >
[18]. De asemenea puteţi menţine apăsat butoanele < SEARCH [17]
sau SEARCH > [18] pentru a accelera desfăşurarea de numere pe
ecran.
§ Apoi aşteptaţi până când timpul setat de alarmă se opreşte din
luminat intermitent pe ecran [6]. Timpul de alarmă este apoi salvat
în mod automat
§ Ecranul [6] va indica ora şi simbolul [32] pentru funcţia de
alarmă cu ton de alarmă, sau simbolul [31] pentru funcţia de
alarmă cu radio.

§ Pentru a dezactiva funcţia de alarmă, apăsaţi butonul ALARM [11]

în mod repetat, până când simbolurile [32] şi [31] sunt şterse
de pe ecran [6].

Reţineţi că puteţi ajusta timpul de alarmă, atâta timp

cât ora de alarmă luminează intermitent pe ecran [6].
În cazul în care nu s-a făcut nicio înregistrare timp de
câteva secunde, ora de alarmă de pe ecran [6]se
opreşte din luminat intermitent şi procesul trebuie
repetat.

Chiar dacă funcţia de alarmă este activată, puteţi

folosi aparatul ca în mod obişnuit.
Oprirea alarmei

Atunci când porneşte alarma, o puteţi dezactiva după cum urmează:

§ Apăsaţi butonul POWER ON/OFF [16] pentru a opri alarma.
Alarma este oprită până a doua zi.
§ SAU
§ Apăsaţi butonul SNOOZE [4/5] pentru a amâna alarma timp de
aprox. 9 minute. Alarma va porni din nou, după acest timp..

În timpul de amânare, "SNOOZE" [26] este indicat pe ecrany

[6]şi simbolul [32] sau [31]va lumina intermitent .

Temporizatorul de oprire
Puteţi utiliza funcţia “Temporizator de oprire” pentru a porni şi opri
aparatul în mod automat, după un timp selectat.
§ Apăsaţi butonul SLEEP [13 ] atunci când dispozitivul este pornit
sau oprit. Dacă atunci când aţi apăsat butonul s-a aprins doar
lumina de fundal, trebuie să apăsaţi din nou butonul SLEEP [13].
Ecranul va afişa "SLEEP" [27] şi numărul "90", prin urmare indică
faptul că dipozitivul se va opri după 90 de minute.

§ Apăsaţi în mod repetat butonul SLEEP [13] pentru a reduce

timpul de oprire. De fiecare dată când apăsaţi butonul, timpul se
reduce cu 10 minute.
 § Dacă aţi ajuns la timpul de oprire "10" şi apăsaţi din nou butonul
SLEEP [13], atunci “temporizatorul de oprire” este dezactivat, ar
aparatul rămâne pornit. Puteţi apăsa din nou butonul SLEEP [13]
pentru a selecta setările de timp, din nou.

Atunci când funcţia “Temporizator de oprire” este

activată, puteţi opri oricând aparatul folosind butonul
POWER ON/OFF [16].

Dacă apăsaţi butonul SLEEP [13] în timp ce funcţia

este activată, timpul rămas al temporizatorului va fi
afişat pe ecran [6].

Conectarea căştilor
Pentru a evita deterioarea auzului, trebuie să setaţi volumul
la nivelul cel mai scăzut, înainte de a conecta căştile . Apoi
puteţi regla volumul la nivelul dorit.

Nu folosiţi alte căşti în afară de cele furnizate SWED

250 A1. Alte căşti pot crea o presiune acustică
dăunătoare.

Aveţi grijă atunci când utilizaţi căştile.Ascultatul cu

volumul ridicat, pentru perioade îndelungate de
timp, poate afecta auzul.
Puteţi conecta căştile furnizate la mufa [20]. Atunci când căştile
sunt conectate, difuzorul [19] se opreşte automat.

Lumina de fundal
Lumina de fundal porneşte automat pentru 3 sec. atunci când un buton
este apăsat (cu excepţia situaţiei când opriţi aparatul).

Blocarea tastaturii

Apăsaţi o dată butonul [3] astfel încât simbolul [28] să fie indicat
pe ecran [6] pentru a bloca butoanle împotriva unor selectări
accidentale. Dacă atunci când aţi apăsat butonul, s-a aprins doar
lumina de fundal, trebuie să apăsaţi din nou butonul [3].

Apăsaţi o dată butonul [3] astfel încât simbolul [28] să nu mai

fie indiat pe ecran [8] pentru a elibera blocarea tastaturii. Dacă, atunci
când aţi apăsat butonul, s-a aprins doar lumina de fundal, trebuie să
apăsaţi din nou butonul [3].

Atunci când “Blocarea tastaturii ” este activată, simbolul [3] este

indicat pe ecran [6].
Setarea sensibilităţii de recepţie
Funcţia DX este activată în starea iniţială a dispozitivului. Acest lucru
este indicat de "DX" [29] pe ecran [6] atunci când aparatul este pornit.
Utilizaţi funcţia DX dacă doriţi să folosiţi aparatul în condiţii normale
de operare.

Opriţi funcţia DX, numai dacă urmează să redaţi posturi cu un semnal

puternic. Acest lucru este recomandat, de exemplu, în cazul în care un
post local dorit are semnal slab şi este suprapus de posturi naţionale
puternice.

Pentru a opri funcţia DX, apăsaţi butonul DX [29] atunci când

aparatul este pornit. Indicatorul "DX [29] va dispărea de pe afişaj [6].
Apăsaţi din nou butonul DX [29] pentru a activa funcţia DX.
Depanare

Dispozitivul nu poate fi pornit

Bateriile pot fi descărcate, prin urmare, înlocuiţi bateriile.

Verificaţi dacă bateriile au fost introduse cu polaritatea corectă.
Să vă uitaţi cu atenţie la marcajele de lângă compartimentul
bateriei şi la baterii. De asemenea, găsiţi instrucţiuni la pagina 5.
Nicio recepţie radio/ recepţie radio slabă

Scoateţi antena telescopică[21complet şi asiguraţi-vă că este

orientată corect.
Acordaţi staţia radio correct folosind butonul BAND [14] şi butoanele
< SEARCH [17] sau SEARCH > [18].
Verificaţi sensibilitatea de recepţie stabilită. Vă rugăm să acordaţi
o atenţie deosebită la secţiunea "Setarea sensibilităţii de recepţie"
de la pagina 15.
Niciun sunet, deşi aparatul este pornit

Verificaţi setările volumului.

Verificaţi dacă sunt conectate căştile şi scoateţi-le dacă este necesar.
DEZAFECTAREA ECHIPAMENTELOR ELECTRICE ŞI
ELECTRONICE UZATE

Acest simbol prezent pe produs sau pe

ambalaj semnifică faptul că produsul respectiv nu
trebuie tratat ca un deşeu menajer obişnuit. Nu
aruncaţi aparatul la gunoiul menajer la sfârşitul
duratei de funcţionare, ci duceţi-l la un centru de
colectare autorizat pentru reciclare. În acest fel veţi
ajuta la protejarea mediului înconjurător şi veţi
putea împiedica eventualele consecinţe negative pe
care le-ar avea asupra mediului înconjurător şi veţi
putea împiedica eventualele consecinţe negative pe
care le-ar avea asupra mediului şi sănătăţii umane.

- Accesaţi pagina de internet: www.mmediu.ro;
- Solicitaţi informaţii suplimentare de la magazinul de unde
aţi achiziţionat produsul.
