vide Loan Application No. from GIC Housing Finance Limited having its Office at under
EWS/LIG/MIG-I/MIG-II Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas
Yojana Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme.
2. That with the loan granted by , |am buying (property address)under my name and
there is at least one woman owner of this property whose name is
(In case there is no woman owner- the line can be modified- as there is no adult female in
the family therefore the property is in the name of the male or being a self-construction
case)

& 18 lakhs)

5. That neither | nor any member in my family owns or ever earlier owned a pucca house
anywhere in the country. The property for which home loan is being availed from
GICHF is the first property in my family.

6. |/ We affirm that property has an attached toilet, kitchen to the dwelling unit being
constructed as per the approved building design.

7. /We confirm that I/We have not availed benefit under Credit linked subsidy scheme
from any other financial institution/Bank or any other schemes of Pradhan Mantri
Awas Yojana/Govt. Of India.

8. |/We understand that PMAY CLSS extends the benefit of concessional rate of interest
on loan amount Rs.600000/- for EWS / LIG, Rs.900000/- for MIG — | and
Rs.1200000/- for MIG — II.

9. |/ We purchasing (new / old) / constructing / repairing / renovation / extension of


house / flat for that home loan is applied where plot area of the property is less than
500 Sq. Mtrs. for Rajasthan, Lal Dora / Regularized Colonies / 105 Sq. Mtrs. for Delhi
and 100 Sq. Mtrs. for NCR, where planning permission is not required at the same time
this also comes under PMAY CLSS operational guidelines. | / We know very well that
as per the scheme there are planning permission or building is as per the building bye
laws and permission is not required, however, in future if Government (NHB &
MoHUPA) after releasing the subsidy and do the a subsequent verification and if they
come to know that statement declared is false or untrue we will undertake to refund
the subsidy to National Housing Bank.
10. I/We understand and accept that if at any stage, it is found that the information given
by me/us is false/not true, all benefits given to me/us under the schemes would be
withdrawn and legal action as deemed fit, would be taken against me/us.
