Activity # 2: I’m feeling Terribly Toxic Today!!!

1. Try to reflect on the reasons why you


are presently feeling stressed.
2. In your paper, divide one sheet of
your paper into 2 columns.
3. Write down the top three (3)
reasons/ causes of your stress in the
first column.
4. In the second column opposite the
reasons, list down the ways by which
you try to fight- off such stressors.
Activity # 3: Signs! Signs! Signs!
5. If stress strikes in, then
symptoms come out. Try to
identify the different
symptoms that would tell
you that you are really
under stress.
