is PECFEST?
PECFEST is the official annual cultural-technical festival of PEC University of Technology,
Chandigarh to be held from 18-20th October, 2019. It is the congregation of over a 150 events
from the cultural clubs and technical societies that attract participation from colleges all over
India.
