Strategic Vision
The main objective of our business was to make all of our stakeholders including
shareholders, employees and our final customers happy. We planned to achieve this by
developing a vision to continuously meet customers’ camera needs by selling high quality
basic and advanced cameras with varying features.
Arena Inc. strives for excellence in producing affordable best cost cameras to meet
consumers everyday needs while also developing state of the art cameras for
photographers and higher end users. By appealing to a broad target market with two
product lines, we seek to differentiate our company from competitors and gain a majority
of market share in the camera industry within the next years.
Arena Inc seeks to continue growing our market share by providing high value cameras at
affordable prices. We are determined to provide products for everyday and higher end use
to meet a variety of customers’ needs. Arena Inc is determined to exceed consumer and
investor expectations through excellent customer service, maintaining an A credit rating,
and by continuously increasing Earning per Share and Return on Equity.

Key Performance Measures
1. Earnings Per Share (EPS)

In year 7, our average EPS score was $3.46 which was above than EPS of Year 6 ($3.46).
We plan keep increasing earnings per share the next years.
2. Return On Equity (ROE)

In year 7, our average ROE score had slightly increase, from 33,4% (year 6) to 35.5%
(year 7). Because our company tried new strategy, increase product features and set a
discount for wholesale to expand market share.
3. Stock Price:

Stock Price went up a lot in year 7 from $74.05 to $106.99. This is an indication that the
company is developing very smoothly. And we expect that Stock Price will be show an
upward trend in next years.

4. Credit Rating:

Credit Rating was increasing steadily over the years. That financial statements of the entity
are sound, in terms of borrowing and lending that has been done in the past was perfectly
refunded.
5. Image Rating:

In Year 6, Image Rating went down a lot. But it increased sharply in year 7.
6. Net revenues:

Net Revenues rise slightly from $383,156 (Year 6) to 445,506 (Year 7).

Production Strategy

Our strategic market is North America and Europe-Africa. So our products have lots of
features that are suitable of with needs of those markets. In North America, Operating
Profit Margin was highest. The warranty period was 360 days and our products were rated
4.4 stars.
