MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER

1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement no. 01/2014 with closing date 27/02/2014 had
advertised 04 vacancies (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01 including 01 PH/OH) for the Post of Medical
Social Worker under post code 18/14 in MCDs. Board Conducted Tier-I written examination
for recruitment in respect of this post on 18/08/2019.

2. The marks statement of the candidates has been uploaded on OARS Module of the
Board for information of the candidates. All the candidates can view their marks by logging
into their account in the OARS Module on www.dsssbonline.nic.in.

3. As per the Board Notice dated 26/04/2013 the minimum qualifying marks in One
Tier written examination for UR Candidate is 40% for OBC Candidate is 35% and for SC
Category Candidate is 30%.

4. The candidate having roll number 3490000511belongs to ExSM Sub Category in OBC
Category. Since the vacancy is advertised for OBC Category only, the candidate was
considered in OBC Category. The candidate being overage in OBC category, considered not
qualified for the Post in OBC Category.

5. The shortlisted candidates for the above-mentioned post/ post code are hereby
informed to fill the e-dossier and up-load all the documents of Educational
Certificate/Experience Certificates and Marks sheets/Caste Certificate/Proof of Govt.
Servant/Ex Servicemen/ Admit Cards, etc., as applicable in the e-dossier module in OARS
link in their individual accounts in OARS module.

6. The category wise cut off marks for uploading e-dossier have been given as under.-

7. The link for up-loading e-dossier shall be kept open for a period of 15 days with
effect from 04/11/2019 to 18/11/2019. The candidates uploading e-dossier should ensure that
he/ she fulfills all the eligibility criteria as on the cutoff date, i.e., 27/02/2014. The shortlisted
candidates are also being separately informed through SMS & E-Mail on their registered

mobile number and e-mail ID. If any candidates fail to upload the e-dossier during the
above said period, his/her candidature will be rejected and no further opportunity for
uploading e-dossier will be given on whatsoever grounds.

8. Mere asking the candidate for up-loading documents in the e-dossier module does
not confer upon him/her any right to selection to the applied post. Final selection will be
made purely on the basis of merit against the notified vacancies provided the candidate
falling in the zone of consideration fulfills all the required eligibility conditions. It is
reiterated that if the candidate fails to upload his/her documents on or before the date as
mentioned above he/she will not be given any further opportunity and his candidature
will be treated as cancelled.

9. While every care has been taken in preparing the list of shortlisted candidates,
DSSSBreserves the right to rectify errors and omissions if any, detected at any later stage.
