We Will Be a Leader and We Are a Leader

Firsr of all let me thanks to Allah Swt or almighty god who gives us chance so we can gather
here in healthy condition. Shalawat and prayer we send to our propher Muhammad Saw
who bring us from darkness to brightness

Second of all, let me introduce my self my name is Vanesya Rizky Chendriadi and im from
Senior High School 2 Makassar. In this gold opportunity i would like to give u all i speech
about Leadership

Ladies and gentlemen, What is the leadership?

Leadership is defined as ‘the process in which an individual influences the group of

individuals to attain a common goal’. The goal is attained by mutual cooperation and

cohesive behaviour. A leader infuses a sense of positivity and directs others to reach

the specified goal. Leadership may be defined as a position of power held by an

individual in a group, which provides him with an opportunity to exercise

interpersonal influence on the group members for miobilising and directing their

efforts towards certain goals. The leader is at the centre of group’s power structure,

keeps the group together, infuses life into it, moves it towards its goals and maintains
its momentum.

For example, a leader of national or international standing commands widespread

influence over a large number of people while the influence of the leader of a small

work group in an organisation is very limited. Both are leaders in their own right and
fulfill our definition of leadership.

Ladies and gentlemen , Being a leader is not easy. A leader is someone whom

others consistently want to follow for new trends and ideas. A fancy title can make

that happen temporarily, but a true leader inspires steadfast loyalty through the steps
below!
First , Thinking like a leader.

We just think like 1) Be confident , 2) Be firm but be kind 3)Became an expert 4)Be
decisive 5)Care about your followers

Third, Putting it all together

Thats the point to be a good leader.

Leadership is not a quality but it is an individual’s behaviour. A leader

showcases a positive attitude and high self esteem. He assertively works towards the

goal but never gets pushy for it. A continuous self study, training, evaluation and
imbibing positive things in life develop the characteristics of a leader.

A leader always executes the things effectively. A leader is looked upon by his
subordinates critically also. A leader of high moral values and integrity can only
become a good leader.

It has always been a matter of controversy as to what makes an individual different

from others. Some emphasise that is an innate quality while some advocate that it is
a matter of practice only. To sum up, leadership is a quality which is if present
naturally is welcome or otherwise can be developed by acquiring desired skills.

Ledies and gentlemen

And i believe we all can be a leader, if we can lead ourselves. Discipline and

responsibilities, thats the point. I think thats all i can tell right now, im sorry if there

is any mistakes because nobody is perfect the only one is perfect is Allah Swt.
