Blood donation system

BLOOD DONATION MANAGEMENTSYSTEM is a software application to maintain day to day

transactions in a blood bank. This software help to register all the donors, Blood collection details,
blood issued details etc. It has a big plan to collect the blood from many different sources and
distribute the same for the needy. A blood donation management system is a cache or bank of blood
or blood components, gathered as a result of blood donation, stored and preserved for later use in
blood transfusion. The term “Blood donation” typically refers to a division of a hospital laboratory
where the storage of blood product occurs and where proper testing is performed to reduce the risk of
transfusion related events. This includes compatibility testing for transfusion and may include blood
donation processing, depending on the capabilities of the facility. The main objective of this
application is to automate the complete operations of the blood bank. They need maintain hundreds of
thousands of records. Also searching should be very faster so they can find required details instantly.
This application is built such a way that it should suits for all type of blood banks in future. So every
effort is taken to implement this project in this blood bank, on successful implementation in this blood
bank, we can target other blood banks in the city.

COLLEGE REPORT HANDLING SYSTEM

The College Report Handling System is a web based application system that provides the users to
store and retrieves the college report details in an easy and efficient way. Using this system, The
Administration of the college can easily maintain and monitor their Students, assistant, faculty and
every department details. They can store new information and delete unwanted information from
anywhere and at any time which in turn saves time. Also this web based system provides a good
security features to all the users since we can avoid piracy in handling information. The creation and
management of accurate, up-to-date information regarding a students’ academic career is critically
important in the university as well as colleges. Student information system deals with all kind of
student details, academic related reports, college details, course details, curriculum, batch details,
placement details and other resource related details too. It tracks all the details of a student from the
day one to the end of the course which can be used for all reporting purpose, tracking of attendance,
progress in the course, completed semesters, years, coming semester year curriculum details, exam
details, project or any other assignment details, final exam result and all these will be available
through a secure, online interface embedded in the college’s website. It will also have faculty details,
batch execution details, students’ details in all aspects, the various academic notifications to the staff
and students updated by the college administration. It also facilitate us explore all the activities
happening in the college, Different reports and Queries can be generated based on vast options related
to students, batch, course, faculty, exams, semesters, certification and even for the entire college.

Library Management System

The Library Management System provides real time information about the books available in
the Library and the user information. The main purpose of this project is to reduce the manual
work. The project is specifically designed for the use of librarians and library users. The
product will work as a complete user interface for library management process and library
usage from ordinary users. In the proposed system, we assume that each student will be
having a student id which can be used for the library book issue, fine payment etc. whenever
library student wish to take a book, the book issued by the library authority will be check
both the book details as well as the user details and store it in library database. The
administrator can control students and manage books. The student’s status of issue/return is
maintained in the library database. The student’s details can be fetched by the Admin from
the database as and when required. The valid students are also allowed to view their account
information

football, hockey, basketball to name but a few, present the very same challenges. Simple but efficient
systems to handle administration and day to day running of any club are essential to avoid draining

help organize and manage, and, to reduce time-consuming administration in key areas of

SPOT EXAMINATION

OnlineExams is being launched because a need f or a destination that is beneficial

for both institutes and students. With this site, institutes can register and host online exams.
Students can give exams and view their results. This site is an attempt to remove the
existing flaws in the manual system of conducting exams.Online Exams System is a web
application that establishes a network between the institutes and the students. Institutes enter
on the site the questions they want in the exam. These questions are displayed as a test to the
eligible students. The answers enter by the students are then evaluated and their score is
calculated and saved. This score then can be accessed by the institutes to determine the
passes students or to evaluate their performance.
OnlineExams Systemprovides the platform but does not directly participate in, nor is
it involved in any tests conducted. Questions are posted not by the site, but users of the
site. The site requires an institute to register before posting the questions. The site has an
administrator who keeps an eye on the overall functioning of the system. The site gets
revenue by charging the institutes each time they want to conductthe exam. The system
entitled “Online Exams System” is application software, which aims at providing
services to the institutes and providing them with an option of selecting the eligible
students by themselves. It is developed by using J2EE technology and related database

Automatic backup application for organization
This System is designed for the purpose of backup for an organization.This project is mainly used to
secure the important database of the particular Organization. In first to select the backup files and
enter the backup path after complete the process to select any schedule types like Daily, Weekly, and
Monthly on Time basis. The time for backup process, Maximum capacity of the backup is common
for all schedules. When we need is backup, select the needed db& Local file path. The selected file
will be restored the actual path. Also the system provides the facility to view the backup databases in
the particular folder. The log file will provide the schedule information, starting & ending time of the
application.By Automatic Backup Pro is an easy-to-use file backup and sync tool, it is designed to
backup data to external hard drive, USB disk, network or any other storage device, perform scheduled
increment file backup, full file backup and bi-directional folder sync tasks. The program can produce
multi-version, backup files at different times (such as Backup1 on Monday, Backup2 on Tuesday).
The files in the destination folder are readable (not compressed to a single file), and also has a side-
by-side folder comparison feature, so that it is easy to check and make sure the backup files are ok.
Intuitive interface makes it easy to use, Simply tell it which files to backup, where and when to back
them up, then the program reliably backs them up in the background, using very little system
resources

Student Performance Analyse

A good Automating Student Performance Analysis system will automate user’s activities,
processes and practices, as well as increase their ability to handle a greater capacity of events.
This is an efficient Automating Student Performance Analysis system software project that
serves the functionality of an event manager. The event manager is the person who plans and
executes the event, taking responsibility for the creative, technical and logistical elements.
This includes overall event design, C, Java and Extra Curricular Activities,. The system
allows only registered users to login and new users are allowed to register on the application.
The project provides most of the basic functionality required for an event. It allows the user
to select from a list of event types. Once the user enters an event type the system then allows
the user to select the date and time of event, place and the event equipment’s. All this data is
logged in the database and the user is given a receipt number for his booking. This data is
then sent to the admin and they may interact with the client as per his requirements and his
contact data stored in the database.

Online Banking with OTP Security

The online Banking System aims at creation of a secure Internet banking system for the
account holders in bank all over the world. The main scope of this approach is to optimize the
Work of a Bankers and an opportunity to the customers to have some important transactions
to be done from where they are at present without moving to bank. In this project we are
going to deal the existing facts in the bank i.e.; the transactions which takes place between
customer and bank. We provide a real time environment for the existing system in the bank.
The user can request for any requirements like cheque book, ATM Card etc. Also if any
problem we can make stop payment to cheques by sending request to bank. By using this
system the user can able to view their monthly statements and annual statements any time.
Also the user can transfer money to other accounts easily by using money transfer options.
The user can deposit his amount and send loan application by using this system The
Confirmation of money transfer mail will be send to the mail id which is registered in the
Bank. By using our system we can make the bank transaction faster and easier in secure way.
