1. This office announces the conduct of an orientation meeting for Storybook Illustrators on
September 4, 2019 at 1:00 in the afternoon at Lemery Pilot Elementary School, Lemery,
Batangas.

2. The said activity aims to orient the storybook illustrators on Storybook Designing and
Illustration relative to 3rd National Storybook Competition.

3. The participants are EPS-LRMDS, PDO II, Librarian and ADAS for LRMDS, the select storybook
illustrators listed on Enclosure 1, and all other illustrators who are interested in the activity.

4. Food and transportation expenses of the participants shall be charged to local/school

funds/MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. This Memorandum also serves as authority to travel.

6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
