As men, we have a huge sex drive. It comes from the primitive
animals that we are. We are mentally wired to want sex and we
have hormones that drive a very strong sex drive. That is all good
and I doubt there are many men that
want it any other way.

When You Become Sexually Aroused


When you become aroused, your brain sends nerve impulses that
increase blood flow to your penis. The blood fills the spongy
chambers (corpora cavernosa) in your penis, causing it to expand
and become rigid. The veins that would normally drain blood
from the penis constrict, trapping the blood inside and
maintaining the erection.

After ejaculation or when you’re no longer sexually aroused, the


arteries narrow, the veins expand, and the blood drains out of
the penis. The penis returns to its normal size and is no longer
rigid.

Penis Blood Flow – How it Works


The fullness and hardness of your erection and the ability to
maintain one is highly dependent upon the level of blood flowing
into the penis. Specifically, the capacity of the Corpora
Cavernosa and the Corpus Spongiosum to expand and restrict
blood from flowing back out.

Going As every man knows, an erection starts in the brain. Sensory or

mental stimulation - sexual arousal. This is followed by a burst of
‘want’ to
‘reality’ a brain chemical called nitric oxide, which functions as a

neurotransmitter.

Nitric oxide causes the smooth muscle enzyme guanylate cyclase


to produce a messenger called cyclic guanine monophosphate
(cGMP), which acts to increase the size of blood vessels carrying
blood to the penis, and contracting the size of vessels carrying
the blood out.

When the smooth muscles are relaxed, blood can flow in through
the arteries and fill the spaces. This influx of blood creates
pressure in the corpora cavernosa, making the penis expand. The
tunica albuginea then acts like a trap door, keeping the blood in
the corpora cavernosa, allowing for sustained erections.

The whole thing comes to an end when muscles in the penis


contract to stop the inflow of blood and open the veins for blood
outflow.

When the Erection Fails


Decades ago, scientists figured (incorrectly) that the majority of
ED (upwards of 90% of cases) was attributed to psychological
factors, which was dubbed “psychogenic impotence”. Not only
has that misconception gone by the wayside but also the term
‘impotence’ disappeared right along with that false theory.

a condition that often causes the issue. So, how exactly does
drinking coffee keep things going strong? Scientists say that
the stimulant triggers a series of reactions in the body that
ultimately increase blood flow south.

6. Hot sauce. Speaking of getting hot, how alpha are you? How
much hot sauce can you handle? A recent study from France
found men who have a taste for spicy foods tend to have
higher testosterone levels than those who can’t handle the

Pregnenolone is known as a first stage hormone (it starts a


series of chemical changes). It's made in our bodies from
cholesterol. From the pregnenolone, your body makes
testosterone DHT and several other beneficial hormones. It
increases libido, confidence, and other benefits. The
testosterone version that it creates is DHT, which is the most
useful version that you want.

13. Methylene Blue - AMAZING stuff. Raises metabolism, improves


sugar burning, lowers estrogen, and raises testosterone. One
mg or more doses 3 times a day is a
lot. But some people take 100 - 200
milligrams a DAY safely. Always
dilute first or it will turn whatever
you add it to BLUE.

14. Lugol's Iodine solution is something else you want to take.

and scrotum, be sure to trim the rest of the hair way back.
