Objectives:
1. Equip teachers with necessary skills, techniques and strategies in implementing
career guidance among SHS Students
2. Accomplish an activity from the given Career Guidance Module of Grade 11 & 12
SCHEME OF IMPLEMENTATION
A. PLANNING PHASE
Activities conducted:
1. Identified the topic to be discussed in the session.
2. Determined the resource person who will present the topic.
3. Suggested date and venue for the implementation of the LAC session.
4. Assigned the composition of the LAC team.
5. Designated working committees for the session.
6. Completed the LAC Plan.
B. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
Activities conducted:
1. An opening program for the LAC session was conducted.
2. The resource speaker shared salient points on the given topic.
3. The participants participated actively in the session.
4. The participants performed a workshop on how to accomplish the module.
5. The resource speaker was given a certificate of recognition.
C. EVALUATION PHASE
Activities conducted:
2. The participants were given worksheets.
3. The participants presented their outputs.
4. The outputs were checked and approved by the speaker.
