II. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Ma. Lourdes Saquing, Occupational Health
Nursing Instructor.

III. Agenda

1. Preconference

1.1 Mrs. Ma. Lourdes Saquing and Ms. Yashmine Ancheta, team leader of the group,
gathered the group and discussed to them the activities needed to be accomplished for
the day.
1.2 Mrs. Saquing also instructed to divide the group and develop a project proposal
focused on the current health problem/risk for the employees in the PRC.
1.3 Mrs. Saquing instructed the student nurses to come up with the designed for the
blood pressure monitoring card.

2. Blood Pressure Taking and Monitoring

2.1 Ms. Diza, together with Ms. Almogela and Mr. Torres took the employees’ blood
pressure in the morning around 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
2.2 Ms. Ancheta and Ms. Salva were assigned in the desk area to take the blood pressure
of PRC customers.
2.3 Ms. Diza, Ms. Almogela and Mr. Torres rechecked the employees’ blood pressure
around 1:30 to 2:30 PM

3. Project Proposal Planning

3.1 The group divided their selves into two groups and discuss possible programs for the
PRC employees.
3.2 Mrs. Saquing also provided some input and ideas regarding program for the
employees’ health concern

4. Update of EDS

4.1 The student nurses obtain information from the employees’ regarding their health
such as their usual blood pressure, medications that they take, height and current
weight.

5. Post-Conference

5.1 Mrs. Saquing checked the number of BP taken for the day
5.2 Mrs. Saquing reminded the group to start working for the preparation of ribbon
cutting and retirement program.
