I. LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

experiments and scientific observations

B. PERFORMANCE STANDARD: The learner produces a well-written report for various


disciplines.

III. PROCEDURE:
1. Pre-Activity

The students will be asked to arrange the chairs properly and observe silence in the
class.
E. Review
The teacher will ask the students the definition of report and its objectives.
F. Presentation of the Lesson
1. Activity
Pair Share- The students will be asked to get a partner. And the teacher will instruct the
students to design questions about family background and plans in going to college/university.
The teacher will ask only selected pair to report in front of the class.
2. Analysis
a. How did you design or construct the questionnaires? Do the questions relevant to the
topic?

Designing questionnaire is not as simple and easy as at first sight and intending to collect
primary data, is required to be extremely careful in deciding the ff. quarries

5. How to undertake pretesting of the questionnaire

4. Application
Let the students generalized what they have learned about the discussion. The students will do
the activity “Fast Food Addiction “on pages 171-175. The students will be asked to design
questions why most people are addicted to eat fast foods like hamburgers, fries, and soft drinks.
Then let them conduct an interview using the design questionnaire to the students and teachers
of Cabintan National High School.
