Inglewood Unified School District, Inglewood, CA – Directed school library while teaching 2 English periods and pursuing
teaching credentials (single subject in English, library teacher credential). Managed a computer lab, a teacher work room,
and a large collection of materials, including recordkeeping, maintenance of 2 databases, repair of damaged books, textbook
collection and distribution, and collection of fines. Served as club advisor and led a team of archivists.

Anaheim Elementary School District, Anaheim, CA – Built a student-driven learning commons from the ground up, with a
focus on collaborating with classroom teachers to provide hands-on STEM activities. Delivered multi-media common core
instruction and in-depth guidance on research and information technology methods to help students excel in the classroom
and foster a sense of intellectual curiosity. Served a predominantly Hispanic and low-income student population. Received
2015 Employee of the Year and Honorary Service Award, California State Employee.
