 Our Patron’s Day field trip is Friday! Please
dress in layers and with comfortable
shoes! I am looking forward to a fun filled
day!
 Report cards will be coming home on

Box of Joy!
As the season of giving is approaching, I would
like to share a wonderful giving opportunity our
school will be participating in this year.
Each year there are thousands of poor children
that do not get the chance to celebrate
Christmas. These children may not have a book,
clothes or even the basic necessities.
The Box of Joy allows us to provide some gifts
for these children and the joy of opening a gift
on Christmas!
Boxes are available in the office. Fill the boxes
and send $9.00 for shipping. We will be
collecting boxes from November 2-10th. Nov.
10th is the final day to turn in the boxes.
Thank you so much for your support in our
global outreach project.

November 3rd we turn our clocks back!

 Parent-Teacher conferences are Nov. 5

and 7th. Please see the information sent in
today’s weekly envelope for information on
how to sign up. Conferences run from 4:00
p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 November 8th, Prairie Catholic has NO

school.

 BOX of Joy boxes are here. If you would

like more information or need more boxes
please let your child’s teacher know! The
due date for the boxes is no later than Nov.
10th.

 Our Prairie Catholic staff will be getting

CPR certified Nov. 18th. We are excited for
this opportunity!

Student of the month
Congratulations to Cooper Simmons for being
selected for the Student of the Month. Cooper
was presented the Golden Ruler and gift card
from Kiwanis for the month of September.

Halloween Party – Prairie Catholic will be having
 Parent/Teacher Conference Instruction
their Halloween party on Thursday, October 31st. sheet
Students will change into their costumes at  Scrip Form
approximately 12:45 pm. The Student Council will
have games, haunted house, and a dance party for Upcoming Events
the students. Please remember costumes cannot be

one or more of your children’s teachers for a November 5th & 7th – Parent/Teacher
conference. The individual conference provides a Conference
chance for you and the teacher to discuss the November 8th – No School
progress and potential of your child. November 11th – Veteran’s Day Program

Colder Weather – We may not have wanted it, but
