Lesson Title Safety & Sanitation

Introduction Estimated Time: 10 Minutes

The students will come in and be seated before the bell rings. They will then quietly work on their

As it is time to end rotations, I explain that all students need to get all of their belongings and go back to
their original seats. I ask the students if they have any questions or comments about what they learned
today. I then ask them to tell me some information that they learned today that they believed to be
interesting or unusual. Lastly, I let the students know that there will be a lab quiz the following class and
that in order to begin cooking in the kitchens they must receive 100% but not to worry that they will have
three chances at getting a perfect grade.
