Irrevocable Participation Agreement

through its legal representative Dr. Livio Papiano for conferred powers (hereinafter referred to as "ASAP").

[Referred to below as "the parties" if jointly]

PREMISES:

a) Whether the parties intend the present deed not the general, preventive basis, the mutual rights and obligations in
relation to this contract.

b) That the MEMBER asked, on its own initiative, to be able to join as an investor of ASAP Online PSN LTD, investment
of the latter in the fields that ASAP Online PSN LTD is developing and linked to the project defined by the following
code IPA-2018-ASAPINDO-I_____.

c) That the capital for accession to this IPA contract, is exclusive property of the MEMBER and as such is not subject to
liens to third parties, be they physical or legal entities, and are the result of transparent and legal revenues .

d) That the contract for reasons the MEMBER will also be indicated as an investor and / or participant.

e) NULLA OSTA: in case the Member is or has been owner of shares in other Funding projects in ASAP Trade Platform,
the Member hereby states that the managing Special Purpose Vehicle has been informed of his will to subscribe the
present agreement and he declares under his own responsibility that nulla osta in acquiring shares of the Project
object of the present agreement.

IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS

1) The premises are an integral part of this contract.

2) PURPOSE: ASAP Online PSN Ltd. is a holding company, that invests in the capital of emerging businesses all around
the world. This IPA is signed in order to let the Member be part of a particular business, hereby called ASAPINDO, in
Project Funding mode according to the present UK regulations about Project Funding.
Subscription via this contract gives the dimensions of projects MEMBER: He in acquiring shares IPA projects sponsors
and privately finances his participation in the business in question, then it is to be considered a "participation in the
Project Funding".

3) PROVISION: The MEMBER gives his capital in the ASAP Online PSN LTD network as Adherent and as Member of the
ASAP VIP Club. The Member hereby authorizes ASAP to take the funds necessary for the payment of the shares
directly from the wallet assigned to the Member’s ID code in the ASAP VIP Club, in the due payment dates.

4) GUARANTEE OF CAPITAL: The guarantee of repayment of invested capital is provided by ASAP Online PSN Ltd.
through the sale or relocation of Project Funding shares. It is specified here the time limit for the sale or for the buy
back of the Project Funding Shares object of this agreement in one month (30 days) from the moment when the will to
sell is expressed by the Member. The maximum risk of losing the invested capital is expressed in point 18) and it is
compliant with the profitability parameters.

5) PAYMENT of PROJECT’s PROFITS: The project’s profits are conferred upon monthly invoice / receipt and are
accounted for starting from the first day of the next month from the date of the present contract. ASAP Online PSN
LTD confers by bank transfer or through recharging of ASAP WORLD’s electronic purse or charging a suitable payment
card, the amount equal to the correct amount of project revenues accrued to the Member, upon presentation of a
proper invoice including the description "Monthly plan (share code)."
The profits will be paid after billing by the Member by the 15th of the month following the reference month.

6) NO ENTRY FEE and / or MANAGEMENT FEE: The MEMBER is required no expense for "input" and / or
"management", or other forms of participation expenses for the business offered by ASAP Online PSN LTD.

7) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: This contract has a fixed term and shall have effect from the date of subscription.
The contract period is 12 months (one year) from the date of Placement with the implicit renewal up to a maximum
of 5 (five) annuities.
The contract is signed by the parties on 01 of AUGUST 2018. Without a written communication and signed in original,
in which you are claiming the early termination of this contract, the parties agree that the contract will take its natural
course through "Tacitus consent ".

8) EARLY DISINVESTMENT: The MEMBER may withdraw from this contract without penalty and / or an exit charge
after the date of the expiration of the each solar year from the date of the signature of this agreement. ASAP Online
PSN LTD. has the right to terminate this contract at any time, buying back the shares prior disbursement of project
revenues accrued up to that point and not yet paid. In case of immediate disinvestment due to change of mind of the
Member, ASAP must be informed within 15 solar days of the Member’s will, via simple email, and in this case no profit
shall be recognized by ASAP and the Member will pay a penalty of 10% (tenpercent) of the invested amount. In case
of immediate disinvestment, ASAP shall release the 90% of the funds, net of the penalty, in 2 tranches each of
maximum 45%, the first after 15 days after the arrival of the funds into the bank account of ASAP Online PSN Ltd. Or
PT Asap World Securepoint Indonesia and the second tranche after other 15 days from the first tranche. In case of
early disinvestment, the MEMBER can request ASAP to wire the funds to third parties to be named by the MEMBER.
Such communication can be done via simple email from the MEMBER and a simple confirmation email from the
receiver of the funds, both indicating the exact bank details where to transfer the funds, under full AML responsibility
of the MEMBER.

9) DEATH: In the event of the death of the Member, ASAP Online PSN LTD shall comply to its obligations to the legal
heirs.

10) DATA PROTECTION: the Member and his advisor, Mr XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in entering into this contract (see
attached KYC documents), authorize ASAP Online PSN LTD to process their personal data, to divulge it through the
press, both verbally and by electronic means and Internet, their names and anything else necessary and useful to
ASAP Online PSN LTD.

11) PRIVACY and CONFIDENTIALITY: The parties undertake to keep strictly confidential any information relating to
their commitments in relation to this contract. The disclosure of any information to third parties will only be allowed
to the extent that is necessary to fulfill legal obligations. The parties will keep confidential and not to disclose any
information acquired in the performance of the essential relationship to conclude this contract.

12) COMPETENT FORUM: This contract is concluded and finalized at the time of its signing. The Court of London will
be only competent for any disputes.

13) RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEMBER: The Member, in entering into this contract, is not
and will never be liable to third parties for all actions carried out by ASAP Online PSN LTD.

14) PAYMENT OF THE CAPITAL: The Member in entering into this contract, shall pay a capital, to participate in the IPA.
The parties agree that the payment to the ASAP Online PSN LTD capital by the member must not under any
circumstances be considered to be "of public savings collection," since the Member is considered to be member of the
ASAP VIP Club having existent economic relationship with ASAP, using the " payment " of his capital to adhere to this
Project Funding IPA programs.
The Member adheres to the IPA and as such its capital consists of n. __________
(________________________________) Project Funding shares of Euro 25.000 (twentyfivethousand) per share value.
The investment shall be made in tranches such as described in Attachment D) to this agreement.

15) INCOME OF THE PROJECT: ASAP Online PSN LTD recognizes the member a net annuity project profit on monthly
basis (1 month), on capital subscribed amounts to 1.00% (one/00 percent) per month. This project annuity is not
considered already taxed in the hands of ASAP Online PSN Ltd. and will be paid upon presentation of invoice bearing
the words "Monthly plan (share code)". ASAP Online PSN LTD in any case will not give the project revenues assuming
the role of "tax withholding agent" in relation to capital gain taxes. If within the duration of this contract, the
MEMBER will change his bank support, he will have to communicate to ASAP Online PSN LTD, in writing, the new bank
details. ASAP Online PSN LTD will pay out profits to the member, to the natural or early termination of this contract,
to the same bank account.

16) COMMUNICATION OF MEMBERSHIP: The present contract is signed in three original copies, one for the investor,
one for ASAP Online PSN LTD, and one for any involved consultant. The contract must also be accompanied by a copy
of the bank transfer / bank draft made in favor of ASAP Online PSN LTD, or evidence of transfer of shares in ASAP
Online PSN or in PT Asap World Securepoint Indonesia.
ASAP Online PSN LTD, once received the contracts, if regular, will sign them and send them to the investor confirming
the investment. The contract and the investor's personal documents will be first submitted to the controls with regard
to anti-crime legislation related to capital control. All data will be kept secret and protected by banking secrecy. In
case of failure, the contract between the parties will be canceled.

17) REINVESTMENT OF PROJECT REVENUE: If it deems it appropriate The MEMBER may choose not to withdraw the
project revenues. In this case unclaimed profits will be considered as an addition to the initial capital, and will be
reinvested upon regular billing.

18) PROJECT’S RISK ASSESSMENT: The Member in signing this contract declares, under penalty of perjury, that the
funds of his property, paid into a bank account or electronic purses ASAP Online PSN LTD, are legally harvested, not of
criminal origin, and the result of lawful revenues. The Member hereby declares and guarantees the counterpart that
the capital invested in application to the present agreement represents a percentage not higher than 10% of his total
capital. The Member knows the risks of this ASAP Indo Project and he knows that he can eventually lose up to a
maximum of 20% of the amount invested.

19) DRAWING in ENGLISH LANGUAGE: This agreement is drawn up on English language and any other language this
contract may be translated in, may report that it is faithful translation of the original in English, which is approved and
accepted by the Member simultaneously with the signing of this Agreement.

20) AMENDMENTS: Any modification of the contract must be written and signed by all parties in order for it to have
effectiveness.

letterhead pages of ASAP Online PSN LTD, and consists of 5 premises (from a. to e.) and of 20 points of contractual
clauses that the parties have accepted and approved:
