then blocked appeared.
Bettina Anne (11/4/2019, 10:13:19 AM): Unfortunately, the system can no longer send
a code on it but only within 24 hours for security purposes. This is the only
reason why you cannot get a code on it to verify it. Trust that this doesn't mean
that it's blocked the number. This is just one of the system's security measures to
secure the account. After 24 hours, you will be able to receive a code on it to
verify or confirm it.

Me (11/4/2019, 10:15:20 AM): One receives messages of security and so on, and I
decided to update the security access information for the 17 email accounts and
after, oh, four of them it showed-up blocked.
Bettina Anne (11/4/2019, 10:15:52 AM): I apologize for the inconvenience and if it
takes 24 hours before it can send a code on it again. This is for security purposes
to prevent anyone from accessing an account through a code being sent to one's
phone numbers. As soon as the 24-hour hold on sending a code on that number has
been lifted, you can confirm the number again by receiving a code on it. Again,
it's not a permanent block. It's just a temporary hold that is implemented on all
accounts not just on this specific account as security measure. I appreciate your
understanding.

Bettina Anne (11/4/2019, 10:18:24 AM): Well, the system may have detected that an
attempt to send a code has been made 5 times or more but we really do not have the
exact count on how the system will temporary put a hold on it. Again, this will be
lifted and this is only for security measures. There are no intentions on blocking
your number or your account from confirming a phone number.
Me (11/4/2019, 10:18:59 AM): No. Blocked is odd. It does not block the email
address request from Boston College, and such.
Me (11/4/2019, 10:19:56 AM): My accounts attach to Boston College and the Copyright
Office LOC US for example and some things work and other things do not.

you do, if it is relevant runs through a daily accounting at the Copyight Office
LOC US. Sylvester Simpkins<ssim@copyright.gov> e.g., ... Odd. Email okay, phone
number not so okay and I do not wish to be locked out of accounts without recourse.

Bettina Anne (11/4/2019, 10:22:00 AM): Unfortunately, as much as I'd love to lift
this hold manually on my end, the system doesn't give such options because it
manually puts this to secure the account. You can just wait for 24 hours until the
system can send a code on it again. I really am sorry but I do not have an option
to speed this up because this is one way of securing the accounts we have on our
end. In case you get locked out, you can recover the account on the alternate email
address you added on the account. Aside from this, is there anything else I can
help you with?
