INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses HOMAR ALEXIUS C. DE
GUZMAN, a resident of Purok 69 Centro East, Santiago City,
Isabela, Philippines, for the crime of Rape as defined in
Article 266-A and penalized in Article 266-B of the Revised
Penal Code committed as follows:

That at around 10:00 o’clock in the

evening of August 15, 2019, at Barangay Centro
East, Santiago City, and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, Accused, did then and there
wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, with lewd
design by means of force, threat and intimidation,
have carnal knowledge with MARICON I.
LAGAYAN, 22 years old, by then and there
inserting his penis into her vagina, against the
latter’s will and consent.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
