INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses BARRY

PAKYAW Y CANTUBA, a resident of 87 Guisaran Street, Tondo, Manila,
of the crime of RAPE, committed as follows:

“That on or about the 15th day of August 2019 in the City of

Baguio, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the above-named accused, BARRY PAKYAW Y
CANTUBA, by means of force, threat or intimidation, did then and
there, willfully, unlawfully and criminally, have carnal knowledge of
one MARIA CRUZ Y AGOO, 23 years of age, against her will and
consent, to the damage and prejudice of the latter.”
Contrary to Article 266-A(1)(a) of the Revised Penal Code as amended
by R.A. No. 8353.
