A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. NIÑOMARCO G. ABADINGO TO BE BECOME

THE NEXT LEGISLATIVE SECRETARY EFFECTIVE ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2017
PROVIDED IN ARTICLE IX , SECTION 10 OF THE EVSU-SSG CONSTITUTION AND
BY-LAWS;

WHEREAS, the newly appointed Legislative Secretary shall have the power, functions and
duties to make a resolution, minutes of every meeting, meeting, measures and laws enacted by
the Legislative Assembly;

WHEREAS, enshrined in the EVSU-SSG Constitution and By-Laws, the newly appointed
Legislative Secretary shall affix her signature in all resolutions, measures and laws enacted by
the Legislative Assembly;

WHEREAS, furthermore, she shall help the EVSU-SSG President in preparing the Annual
Program of Activities of the Organization;

WHEREAS, the newly appointed Legislative Secretary shall have the power, duty and function
to discharge such other powers and functions as may be delegated by the EVSU-SSG President
and/or as may be determined by law;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of HON. GLYSSA MARI B. QUEIPO , SSG CAS Senator
with the majority votes of the EVSU-SSG Officers present, be it;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to concerned offices for their
information;
