ISACA Online Learning Courses and Events – Claiming your CPE

• The requirements for completion are listed under the Credit Submission tab for each course.

• The program must be complete for the “View all streaming content” requirement to be checked
as completed.
o For a Live Event: this happens once the broadcast has been marked complete in the
webinar control panel by the moderator.
o For an On-Demand program: this occurs once a you progress all the way to the very end
of the program/recording.

• Once the program is complete a green check mark (please see screen shot below) will appear
next to “View all streaming content” and the ability to complete the credit submission survey
will become available.
o Green check mark can be located in two places

• You will need to click on “Take survey” and progress through the survey. You will need to
respond to all questions to complete the survey.

• Once you have answered all the survey questions, the option to “Submit Survey” will appear.
Please click button.

• Please submit the survey, once the survey is submitted, you will be brought back to the Credit
Checklist where the “Submit Credit” button will now be available.

• Please click on the “Submit Credit” button to complete the CPE credit submission process and
be redirected to your ISACA Classroom.

• Upon clicking “Submit Credit” you will be taken to the Manage Your CPE page where the
approved CPE is listed.

• By clicking “Continue” (bottom left corner) you will have now submitted your credit and are
redirected to your credit transcript page.
• The course will now be listed under the Completed Credit section.

• To Download and/or Print the certificate, please access your ISACA CPE Records tab (screen
shot below), located in the ISACA Learning Access >My ISACA Dashboard of their ISACA Account.

Requirements Completion Scenarios- Missed credit requirement

• If a you have not met the requirements for completion on a given course, you will be redirected
back to the viewer to complete the requirements.
• If you are redirected back to your Credit Transcript page you will see "Course Not Completed,
View Now” next to the program under the Pending Credit section.

• If the program was a live webinar, you will again be redirected to the viewer when you click
“View Now.”
• If you have not met the survey requirement, you must complete the survey and then submit for
credit.
• If you did not hit the required checkpoints during the live event, you will not be able to submit
credit for the course.

• If the course is an on-demand program, you will be brought back to the streaming details page
upon clicking “View Now” in the Transcript page.
o Please then launch the course and complete any requirements to receive CPE credit.
o Please Note: You should select Resume, Start from Beginning or View Now to launch the
viewer.
▪ Submit CPE will bring you back to the credit profile, where you will still have the
“Course Not Completed” message.

Requirements Completion Scenarios- Completed credit requirements, but did Not Submit

• If you have met all requirements on a course and just forgot the final submission step, you will
be able to submit credit from the Transcript page, the streaming details page or the Viewer.
