JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, Head of IT Finance Transformation will be in charge of managing IT
team supporting MSC Cruises Service corporate functions (Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and
Corporate Communication). The jobholder will manage the relation with all relevant Business Support functions,
and drive Solution Delivery and manage In-Life Operation of all related IT Platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures a constant alignment between Business Functions supported and IT Departments at all hierarchy level,
and ensures a high level of internal customer satisfaction for the provision of IT services;
• Provides proactive collection of Business Requirements and support Business Initiatives scope definition;
• Drives Application Architecture Definition;
• Drives innovation for a transversal functional domain by closely monitoring technology trends and understanding
their impact on our business processes;
• Ensures Solution Delivery through effective Program and Project Management;
• Drives Platform and Vendor evaluation and selection;
• Drives Vendor Engagement ensuring effective negotiation in conjunction with other internal stakeholders (legal,
procurement, Business Stakeholders);
• Manages a significant team having both technical and functional skills at different level of seniority

JOB REQUIREMENTS (skills, competencies, experience)


•Fluent in English both oral and written, any other European language considered an advantage;
•Degree in Computer Science, Business administration, Economy, Mathematics, or other technical field;
•Minimum 10-15 years working experience in primary consulting Firms and/or Large Multinational Corporate;
•Team and Budget management Skills;
•Significant experience in driving complex ERP transformation programs ( preferably Finance and Supply chain );
•Overall Functional background covering most relevant finance processes, possibly matured in senior roles in
Finance jobs;
•Project management / Change management;
•Problem solving
