We are very grateful to inform that you have been selected to join Global Goals MUN in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia, 11th-14th January 2019.

We are pleased to accept and invite you, with detailed contact as follows:

Here are some important things that the participant should know:
1. Each participant will be responsible for their visa and flight trip to and from Kuala Lumpur -
Malaysia.
2. Check in Hotel at 12 PM on Friday, 11th January 2019 and check out must be done before 12
PM on Monday, 14th January 2019
3. The committee will provide the accommodation such as hotel, meals and local
transportation for participants during the event*.

4. Before departure, please ensure that you have packed items listed below with you, as it is
mandatory to all participants to re-register in the registration day. The items are:
 Valid Passport
 Flight ticket
 Visa (if required, ASEAN Countries do not need visa to visit Malaysia)
Along with the mandatory items, do not forget to pack appropriate attires suitable for the activities
that will be done during the event and personal medicine. In accordance to the event, we would like
to inform you that it is illegal to bring drugs into Malaysia as death penalty will be charged. It is also
prohibited to smoke in Malaysia. Please do your survey before your departure to avoid any
difficulties.

As for payment, participants are needed to transfer USD 435 (Full Accommodation) or USD 255
(Non-Accommodation) on October 26th, 2018 at the latest with one way of payment:

Making a payment is considered to agree to the terms and conditions and failure to make a payment
will cause a cancellation in the participation of Global Goals MUN.
All the participants must attach a scanned valid passport, visa* and flight ticket (arrival & departure)
to email: hello@globalgoalsmun.org before December 1st, 2018, Thank you in advance for your kind

Terms & Conditions


1. Registration Deadlines
• All registration are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once maximum capacity is reached,
Delegates will be able to register to be placed on a waitlist.
• Registration payment Deadline;
1. Full Accommodation (USD 435): 26 October 2018
2. Non Accommodation (USD 255): 26 October 2018

2. Cancellation Policy
• If cancellation of program is done by Committee, full refund will be paid to participants (100%)
• Non-refundable, If the selected Delegate cancel his/her participation after the Payment.

3. Visa
• Upon request, successful registrants will be issued a Letter of Invitation from Global Goals MUN
stating the status of their participation at Global Goals MUN after background check. Registrants
may use the Letter of Invitation in their visa acquisition process.
• Global Goals MUN will not provide Visa Letters and is not responsible for any participant’s visa into
the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All fees are non-refundable, and it is the participant's responsibility to
secure the necessary documentation to enter Kuala Lumpur. Global Goals MUN will not issue
refunds for delegates who are unable to secure a visa.

4. Privacy and Intellectual Property


• Global Goals MUN reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to Global Goals
MUN and to collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social
events without limitations.
• All registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in Global Goals MUN will be
disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences, or any other form without the
express written consent from Global Goals MUN of which these products, data, results, and
materials are its exclusive property.
• Global Goals MUN reserves the right to update and change information without further notice.

5. Code of Conduct
• Registrants hereby certifies by completing the registration process that all information submitted
is truthful and accurate. The registrant understands that falsification of any information provided
will disqualify him or her from participation in Global Goals MUN and future Global Goals MUN
activities, and falsification of information or impersonation will result in legal actions.
• Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original work. Plagiarism
will not be tolerated at Global Goals MUN, and should the Global Goals MUN Secretariat discover
instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the conference without refund.
• Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia while
participating in Global Goals MUN. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and
damage to facilities of the conference and social events venues.
• Participants understand full assumption of risk and acknowledges that Global Goals MUN, and its
members, officers, elected representatives and employees, including the Global Goals MUN
student Secretariat team, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the
participant.
• Participants agree to accept and abide by the Code of Conduct published in the Conference
Handbook and decided by the Global Goals MUN Secretary-General.
