Case Details (Diagnosis: CVA)More than five years, This patient is getting service from us ,so far the client is
perfect with their payment too, Client said Some issues to the Assistant manager and he
intimated to quality manager, So we planned to meet the client and patient. They had given
appointment on 9th April 2019. City head, Quality manager, assistant manager and client
Coordinator met them. Client explained about their issues and have listed below.
