A LESSON PLAN IN ORGANIZATION AND MANGEMENT


(GRADE 11)(ABM_AOM11- IE-G-10)

I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of 60 minutes period, 85% of the students will be able to:
1. Define planning through using web diagram.
2. Discuss the nature of planning.
3. Create a scenario on planning on a given particular topic through role playing.

II. CONTENT: THE IMPORTANCE OF PLANNING CONCEPTS IN BUSINESS SUCCESS

IV. PROCEDURES
A. PRELIMINARY

A. Prayer – To be led by the assigned prayer warrior for the day with a spontaneous
prayer.
B. Greetings – After greetings it will be followed by picking up pieces of trash and
arranging chairs.
C. Checking Attendance – the class beadle will check the attendance. Follow up
neighbors/close friend who are absent.
D. Review/ Simple recall of the activity done last meeting through question and
answer.

B. PRESENTATION : 4As
A. ACTIVITY (Instruction)(5minutes)
Using a web diagram, the learners will give ideas and concepts about the word
PLANNING and summarize them in a few sentences. (done by group)
 Divide class into 5 teams.
 Choose your team leader and secretary.
 After 5 minutes the leader will write their answers on the board.

B. ANALYSIS:(Guide questions from the activity)(10 minutes)

 How did you find the activity and how you were able to come up the concepts and
different ideas about the word planning
 With your compiled answer in the diagram, were you able to define planning?
 What do you think planning look like?

Process Questions

 What comes to your mind when you think about planning?


 As a business manager in a company what should be the first to consider having an
effective business plan ?
 What do you think are the steps to consider a manager to meet the objectives in an
organization?

C. APPLICATION: Activity 2
1. Group the students into 5 groups. Let the group pick the assigned task by
draw lots to perform.
2. Create a scenario of what plans can help to a manager put up new branch, a
farmer planting hybrid seed corn, an engineer construct a building, a teacher
plans their lessons and a businessman start a new business.
