2 Installation
2.1 BaseStation
a. Check for any noticeable damages
b. BaseStation components must be properly installed as per requirement and as per SD
c. GPS antenna must have a clear view of the sky
d. Maximum distance to the KALMAR enclosure box shall be less than 35 meters.
Network
If Wi-Fi is the mode of communication:
a. Customer to provide list of available IP address to be used and open the required port
If Radio Modem is the mode of communication:
a. Required licenses to be acquired by the customer
b. Radio modem to be configured as per required frequency, channel spacing and power.
Network
If Wi-Fi is the mode of communication:
a. AP installed and connected to the network
b. Customer to provide required number of available IP addresses to be used.
c. Customer to provide required number of available IP addresses to be used.
If Radio Modem is the mode of communication:
a. Radio modem to be configured as per required frequency, channel spacing and power.
3 Configuration
3.1 BaseStation
a. BaseStation is to be configured and setup with the latest Kalmar packages.
Calibration
a. BaseStation needs to be calibrated by running it for approximately 20 hours
c. Configure GPS receiver to set the IP address, UDP port setting and accessible ports.

4 Testing
4.1 BaseStation
a. Check and verification of network compatibility and connection
c. Checking and verification of the correction messages being sent to the intended RTG’s
e. If via Radio Modem, check configuration settings and should be the same of the BaseStation.
SmartRail
a. Check if the Smart Computer is on RTK FIX mode
g. Operate the machine using the AGS. Machine should maintain steering within the set limit.
SmartStack CPI
a. Check if the Smart Computer is on RTK FIX mode.
d. Pick a container from a known slot. Smart Computer should display the correct position
