I. Checks and inspects all inventory related transactions including receiving, cash reports, shift
efficiency.
M. Performs succession planning for potential store managers.
N. Plans for reduction of material costs and other expenses.
0. Recommends solutions to store operations problems to Area Manager.
P. Submits monthly reports on sales and budget to AM.
Q. Prepares proposals to AM to increase customer count through price adjustments or promotions.
R. Recommends deletion of merchandise items that can be replaced with much better ones.
S. Provides AM with feedback regarding new product launching.
T. Prepares the store for monthly audit and accomplishes necessary reports to facilitate
reconciliation.
U. Conducts competitive price survey and reports newly opened competitors near his/her store
location.

W. Ensures proper deposit of store sales from cash counting to actual deposit of cash.
X. Manages and safe keeps all valuable merchandise like prepaid phone cards among others.
