» Learns the technology and systems. Understands the requirements of the project and executes the same . Performs required
technical, process and validation support.

Q. What are the job responsibilities?

Job responsibilities could vary depending on the domain – Drug Discovery, Clinical systems, Data Management, Research Analytics,
Chemical research, Instrumentation validation, Programming, etc.
» Reads SOPs, Guidelines and Work Instructions relevant to the role and the nature of work performed and adhere s to it while
performing the task
» Provides right and timely details on the status of work, effort, defect, timelines and other metrics, as appropriate; demonstrates
working knowledge on the tools and processes used for the same.
» Understands the quality objectives; effectively contributes towards the achievement of the defined objectives.
» Maintains customer focus within their area of responsibility.
» Comes up with ideas / suggests best practices to improve processes.
» Seeks / offers support when needed

» Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

Q. What is the required education/work experience?

» Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in bio-sciences, chemistry, instrumentation or programming background preferred
» 0-2 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
