Research Work:
Title: An Analysis of Determinants of Business Graduates Satisfaction: The case study of
The NCBA&E Bahawalpur
Detail: The study explored the issue students faced in their academic life and how can business
institutes attract and retain their students. The main aim of the research is to explore the factors that
effect on business graduates satisfaction. Findings have been shown the factors service quality, quality
of school climate, extracurricular activities, price fairness, and grades point averages (GPA) has strong
relationships with business graduates satisfaction.
Title: Efficacy of performance management in Allied bank
Detail: The study identified the performance management key element which affects the performance
of the organization. Study finds whether the performance management system is properly designed
and continuously monitored or not. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate and determine
the level of efficacy of the existing performance management system in Allied Bank Bahawalpur and
then Giving Recommendations about the betterment of the System.

Public and Private Sector in Pakistan
