-Location: Jalan Pantai Baharu, Taman Bukit - tower facade shows repetitive horizontal stacked floors, which tapers upwards & diminishes
Pantai, K.L. -Hierarchy of the building shows the zoning of public at lower level & private on higher level
-Architect: Hijjas Kasturi Associates -This allows good fenestration in the interior of the building
