II. RATIONALE:

Technolympics Students of the Philippines is a non- political and non-

profit organization in the country which focuses on the four major components of
Technology & Home Economics (TLE).

III. OBJECTIVES:

1. To organize division and regional level Technolympics organization in all

Public and Private Secondary School of the Region.
2. To train and promote leadership, build wholesome character, self-
confidence and improved technical know-how anchored on the four major
components of TLE.
3. To create and nurture the line for technological entrepreneurial skills
and encourage members to participate actively in home, school, and in
community productive activities.
4. To enhance TLE advisers capability in handling the skills development
training of students.
5. To establish linkages with the government agencies, private
organization and the community.
6. To prepare students to compete globally, to exposed them to join the
world of work, and create job employment for order.

IV. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

This will be a three-day activity to be managed by the Department of

Education, Division of Negros Occidental for Division level. The coverage of
Division Technolympics Skills Competition and Conference is Forty Five (45) District
of the Division Negros Occidental and the component cities of Talisay, Victorias,
Himamaylan and Sipalay.
 V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:

The amount of Thirty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos

(Php.36,900.00) shall be extended to Forty Five (45) delegates of the District of Manapla
for their meal and snack allowance for Division Level.

VI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

The office of the Municipal Mayor shall be responsible to monitor and evaluate this
program.
