 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The further agrees to pay the sum of
2. The client further agrees to pay the reservation fee of Five Thousand
Pesos (P5 ,000) upon confirmation of the transaction and after five
(5) days, agreement will be served for signing.

RESERVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. The client further agrees that the down payment of fifty percent
(50%) shall be paid at least____ days before the banquet and
another twenty five percent (25%) shall be paid_________ weeks
before the function.

4. The client shall pay the balance of the total contract amount less the
reservation fee in full on the day of the function

PAYMENTS MUST BE STRICTLY MADE IN CASH

5. In case of cancellation/postponement of the function, the client

should notify the caterer at least one (1) month or thirty days (30)
before the day of the function, otherwise, the deposit shall be
forfeited to cover expenses incurred and missed bookings for that
date except in case of force majeure.
6. It is hereby mutually agreed between parties – that should this
contract be cancelled at the instance of the CLIENT for any reason
with the consent of the CATERER, the client deposit with the
following schedules.

7. In case of postponement of function dates, the caterer shall
not guarantee the same contract price as stated should there
be any price increase implemented by the caterer.
8. The client shall be made responsible for the safety and
security of guests, seeing to it that the guests are properly
identified.
9. The clients shall pay for the cost of broken, damaged or lost
equipment, furniture’s, and fixtures, glassware’s and utensils
caused by guests and other visitors.
10. In cases/occasions, where there are gifts, the client is
responsible in taking care of the gifts. The CATERER shall not
be liable for any losses or damages of said items.
11. Leftovers from the buffet may be taken out provided a
waiter is signed. A flat fee of P1000.00 will be charged to
cover for the expense of packing the items. Exceptions for
the take out are soups, food items with milk and egg. Food
items that melt and beverages.
